Location is pretty near to the bts. About 10mins walk away. Multiple 7-11s around there within 5mins walk It’s more like a family managed airbnb. Owner and one aunty super friendly. They carried our luggage in when it’s ready to check in Room is super clean with very fancy bathtub. Good for evening dips overseeing the bts passing by Will definitely visit this place again for our next vacation in bkk 10/10

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and cool air conditioning. The bathroom was clean, featuring a large bathtub and full amenities. The location was great and convenient for getting around, though the room wasn't very soundproof. We arrived quite late and had to call the staff for the entry code. The host was lovely and took excellent care of us.

This is the best place I had stay in Thailand on this 1 week trip. Spacious ✅ Clean ✅ Good Service ✅ Bathtub ✅ Quiet ✅ I will come back here next time for sure. It just almost fully book everytime.

The oldest auntie was really good in terms of attitude and service. She even directed the Grab driver to drive back to the B&B when we left.

The boutique hotel is amazing. The amount of space in the room, having the whole floor to yourself, 1 room per level. The staff are so welcoming, helpful! The lady boss, K. Helen, is so helpful, and always asking if there's anything they need to improve. The whole stay was wholesome, feels like family home. Will definitely recommend my friends!

Good Location, 400 Meters from railway Link, rooms nr.2 very big, only one rooms at this Floor, it was great, next Time i book this rooms again

I'm super happy that I chanced upon this accommodation. awesome location, quiet and peaceful. the room is spanking clean and the service staff are really friendly. this place will definitely be my go-to whenever I visit Bangkok from now on. realised our flight got delayed after check out and wanted to book for 1 more night, sadly the rooms are already full. but they gave us complimentary drinks as an apology. they didn't have to but it was super heart warming. this place truly feels like a home away from home.

The hotel is close to the BTS, walking distance about 300m, hence a pretty convenient spot! There’s a 7-eleven nearby as well! But if you want to book a car ride, I would suggest to walk out from the hotel abit as the road is pretty narrow The room itself was spacious and clean, exactly like the pictures!
