Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is rather limited, but the food was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the very center of Bangkok I used to live in this area before so I decided to choose Hyatt coz it’s close to everything you need! Room is always clean and the bed and pillows are soft, very comfy to sleep on. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Have a great stay there. The location is very convenient to BTS and near by Emsphere. The breakfast is enough chooses. The staff is polite and nice.

Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Phrong Phrom BTS station. Easily access to most of the popular shopping mall, like Central World, Terminal 21, Emproium etc. Though breakfast buffet had not many choices, it should be more than enough to fill up your stomach. The quality of food was good though. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience. Will definitely come back next time.

This hotel is value for money.  Location is good as it close to the mall and restaurants.

The pool is a rather small one with many people. The windows in the room only take up 70% of the height of the room so the view is obstructed by the concrete wall. My room faced some buildings. It looks pretty dark. This Hyatt properly is nothing special but the price is on the higher end.

Very good location close to the BTS and malls, extra sofa bed good enough for two kids. Breakfast at hotel is a good option if you want to eat early (restaurants in the mall opens at 10am). Coming back to this hotel again in the future.
