Ulasan Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit, an IHG Hotel

Hotel is between 2 BTS station. The mall beside hotel has a lot of food store and restaurant. Walking to ASOK BTS is about 8-10 mins where Terminal 21 is located. Hotel is clean and staff is nice.

I stayed here for 4 times already. I love the location that is next to the new shopping mall and bts. The room was always clean. The bed is super comfy. The water in the shower is good. A lot of mirror to do my makeup. I also love the breakfast here. So many choices and good taste. Over all 10/10 for me.

Great location. 2 to 5 minutes walking distance from the best malls in Bangkok.

Good and comfort hotel. Location is at city center, convenient for food and massage. There is smoking room option from this hotel. Will come back again for my next business trip at Bangkok.

location and price is good. reception service is responsive and prompt. Only housekeeping service need improve a little bit, forget tiny bit like refilling tissue paper, forgot replenish towels, not clean desk bench.....

Nice cosy room. Bedroom and bathroom was cleaned and mattress was comfortable. Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Bangkok

Overall it was good. Very Good breakfast and good location. Had issued with Air conditioner and had to call 3 times to fix it while we stayed 7 days. On the last Night Air-conditioning stopped working and maintenance couldn't fix and had to change room late night while we had to check out early next morning.

Location of the hotel is excellent for access to the shopping malls. BTS will take ard 8 mins to reach. Room was is a bit dark and can hear the noise of the BTS if you are facing it. Check in is at level 9 and efficient. Parking is free if you are driving

Hotel stay was great! Service was excellent. The only complaint is that the hotel is quite dated and many things are a bit broken from age. It’s a bit out of the way and far from the city center, but it’s nearby Emsphere mall which is great!
