Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay (15–18 December) Dear Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from 15th to 18th December. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, and the hotel is well located in the Nana area, which is convenient and lively. However, I would like to note that I was initially confused, as there is another nearby Ibis property (approximately 100 meters away) that offers a swimming pool, whereas your hotel does not. Clearer distinction between the properties would be helpful for guests. I was also surprised that a THB 500 security deposit was required, as this is uncommon for budget hotels. While I appreciate that payment by credit card was accepted instead of cash, I believe this policy may discourage some guests. On a positive note, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was large and well maintained, the safety deposit box was reliable, and the shower functioned well. Housekeeping standards were good throughout my stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and professional, which I truly appreciated. The hotel offers good value for money; however, for future stays, I may consider paying slightly more for a property that includes facilities such as a swimming pool. The location is approximately a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 Asok and is surrounded by various nightlife areas, including Soi 7, 8, and 11, which may appeal to certain travelers.
