The perfect place from which to explore Bangkok Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

If you stay more than two days, you realize the breakfast is really boring, always the same. The swimming pool is great, you have a great view of the Bangkok city center. The location of the hotel is premium! As for the cleanliness, the rubbish bin in the toilet is really small and the cleaning personnel not very diligent. It is difficult to open or close balcony door. As for the hotel restaurant, prices of the dishes do not match the quality. The dessert was quite disappointing, despite being the most expensive in the menu. The hotel staff didn’t change the greeting message on the TV screen, so instead to feel welcomed, I had the impression of the utter negligence, as the greeting was for someone else (probably the previous guest), not me. The choice of TV channels could have been better.

Nice staff, nice view. A bit noisy but acceptable. 10mins to railway. Many nice restaurants around for breakfast and dinner

Perfect location!! 3 mins walking to the station, seven eleven is right beside the hotel so you wont feel hungry 24 hours, the room is compact but enough. Definitely will be back 😊😊❤️

This time a little disappointing, big stain in the duvet as I arrived. Check in procedure was faster but check out they forgot to charge me for the minibar expenses and they literally took me back from the car 15 minutes after the check out at the counter. Obviously I paid but they should not have asked.

Outstanding good ! Very cozy room and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Rich breakfast, only some dishes are too sweet (Thai-style sweet). Extremely delicious in-room dining from the restaurant… a must try ! Hospitality at its best. We love the Indigo

The location, the service and the room interiors are amazing. However rooms with the garden view are very noisy even at night because of a big road under, for 5 nights I almost couldn’t sleep. I would not recommend to take a garden view room.

perfect location. the interesting point lies in its physically standing between the US embassy and the Vietnam embassy.

The room was comfortable but the faulty kettle nearly gave me a heart attack. Room services should check that all room appliances are safe and in good condition for the customer to use.

Hotel location is fantastic. The customer service is amazing and kind! Swimming pool terrace give you one of the best views of Bangkok! I will come back for sure!
