Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: 尊敬的客官，您好。萬分抱歉給您帶來不便，我們深表歉意。分店是2020年1月25日全面升級裝修完成的，店裡有自助洗衣房（9:00-22:00有人代洗送入房間）跟自助健身房，還有免費的停車場，46類品種的自助早餐跟睡前牛奶，大堂也是開設了自助茶飲，可在店內免費使用，也可打包送入房間，因此給您帶來的不便，萬分抱歉！後續會加大巡樓力度，加大關注力度，避免影響其他賓客休息。也期待您的的再次入住分店的服務能令您滿意，期待您的五分好評。祝您天天好心情。
