The hotel is in a great location and offers good value for money. I stayed here some time ago and decided to revisit it recently, booking immediately. While the hotel is a bit old, it is still suitable for a short stay. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is very convenient, close to all bars and entertainment in central Bangkok. Room is nice. Breakfast was so so.

Need to improve housekeeping staff , stayed for 6 nights, everyday had something forget to restore in my room. Traffic around hotel is bad.

This has been my many visit to this hotel during my biz trip. Always never disappointed about their food and friendly staffs. The only thing to improve is the mattress & blanket is quite old.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels around Bangkok. This time I thought I’d give Holiday Inn Express a try. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is at the end of Soi 12, off Sukhumvit so if you’ve been to Bangkok before, you should know what to expect! The only complaint I have is a terrible choice on the room TV. Also, the breakfast is very basic and was quite crowded the morning I was their.

Good stay overall. - Room good inconvenient : - Soi 11 Sukhumvit could be noisy street - I will advise them to change their coffee for the breakfast

It is located on Sukhumvit soi 11 where you xould find everything you need such as food, bars, pharmacy, money changers and convenient stores. The hotel room is clean and simple. Breakfast is reasonably okay with options for veg and non-veg. Need a bit walk from BTS Nana, about 8mins.
