Terletak di tepi jalan, selalu ada teksi yang lalu lalang. Kalau rajin berjalan, ada stesen BTS tak jauh sangat. Terdapat banyak perkara untuk dimakan. Restoran nasi ayam depan 7-11 ni sangat sedap.Bagi sekolah, servisnya sangat baik.Beritahu masalah hantar juruteknik atau suri rumah untuk uruskan masalah dengan cepat.

We had a great stay at Bizotel. The staffs are accommodating. Breakfast is good. The only downside is that we can hear the other door when opening and closing. But overall it is still a good stay. I super love the location, this is why I always booked a hotel in Rangnam.

I was warmly-welcomed, even though not included the welcome drinks but it's just fine. Facility is new, pretty clean, modern tech, a variety of breakfast buffet choices.

The hotel lobby is spotless, but I wished our room was the same. Our room was in desperate need of a deep clean, we found spiders, mold and dusted pillows. I don't know if there is a different quality if you stay in the main building, but our experience was negative. If you are allergic, avoid this hotel.

I like this hotel because very near at all areas we visit in Bangkok and the hotel was good and clean and the staff was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was so good and delicious. I enjoy my staying here at hotel.

I booked a stay for my whole family of 3 adults + 2 kids, they arranged me a room with 2 specious beds and many amenities which are very good for our 3 days stay. Everything are great + great breakfast for those who travel with family like me. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Bizotel Hotel. The hotel feels brand new and is very clean. I was particularly impressed with the bedding and the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the blow dryer and slippers. The room was cozy and spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream, which was so good! It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. Initially, we had a slight issue with our booking as my husband decided to join me last minute. I had only booked a room with two twin beds, but the hotel allowed us to add him for three nights at an additional cost of 500 baht per night. However, my husband only stayed for two nights. When I requested a reimbursement for the extra night, the staff were initially hesitant, stating that the payment had already been forwarded to accounting. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, they agreed to refund the amount for the night my husband didn't stay. There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The first was the location; we found that we had to take a cab every time we wanted to go to Pratunam, and it’s a bit too far to walk from the hotel. The second was the shower room. The tiles used in the shower were very slippery when wet, which could be hazardous, especially for older guests. It would be safer if they provided rubber mats or used tiles with a rougher texture in the shower to prevent slipping. Despite these issues, I would still rate our stay highly at 4.5 out of 5.
