Very convenient location, nice and clean big room, staffs are friendly with good services. Definitely coming back.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

We have stayed at Hope Land on soi 24 and soi 8. We preferred soi 8. Both are OK.

Is a nice hotel to stay in Bangkok so I will stay again on my next trip with my family

I stayed here 3 nights and it was good value, although the shower is not easy to use. While the hotel is dated, the rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Location: a 10 min walk from Phrom Phong BTS, it's on a very safe and well-lit road with major hotels like Hilton and Mercure. 7/11 is nearby. Very quiet location, not many bars or restaurants in the immediate area. Rooms: the room was dated, but was a good size with a working AC. Bed was very firm but not the worst I've slept in. Shower is quite hard to use as there's no place to hang the shower head except a very low position on the wall. Housekeeping and service were fine. Amenities: surprisingly, this hotel has a great rooftop pool and an excellent (but older) gym. Considering the price I paid, these were nice bonuses. The lobby is also nice to sit in and there is complimentary coffee there. Overall Opinion: a nice budget hotel near Phrom Phong and Emquartier with an attached serviced apartment as well. Good value for money but the rooms are a bit older.

In a good location next to park, restaurants, 2 large malls. Very clean and comfortable large rooms.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times on my trips to Bkk for work. Location is great along Soi 24 - very safe spot & close to Emporium/Emquartier & many cafés. Rooms are small but very clean & great if you don't spend much time in the room.

Quick check-in. The room is spacious but not divided by sleeping area and living room kitchen. I enjoyed the kitchen utensils. It has everything you need for medium-long stays. Beautiful swimming pool with direct access from the stairs next to the room. The bathroom has minimal amenities and there is no mirror. Shower broke the water diffuser. Hot water difficult to mix sunshower and in the bath.. There is no iron and ironing board. Fast check out and luggage depisot free.

Hotel is good for the price. Room is large. Noise travels easily into the room as passage is tiled and room door is not sealed well and thin. Good water pressure. Friendly service.

Nothing much to shout about when comes to amenities and facilities, but the location is fantastic when comes to luxury shopping and food. The rooms are very japanese themed and clean though.
