handy location close to bts staff are helpful , with simple pool and gym , very good for short weekend stay

Hotel and location wise were okay. Except that everything needs to pay for eg:extra pillow. No toothbrush provided. Overall a good experience

Need to improve their hotel staff service. Especially evening time duty staff. When I make a call to reception there no one to pick up my call, then I make my trip to come down to reception and saw there 2 guys in the reception. They have skipped my room house keeping. They have charged me 500B for late check out haha and also charged me for 100B for last minute cancel car service to airport (I have made a cancellation for this car service the day before but the staff forget to inform the car service). But I am okay to pay for their charges to me, as I don’t like to argue so much. Just hope that their hotel management will take this chance seriously to improve their hotel staff service. By the way I have been staying there for years , almost every year I will stay there with my friends for my Bangkok trip.

Not able to control the air conditioner. Only one pillow for each bed. Overall satisfied

Excellent location. Comfy and spacious and cleanliness room. Easily accessible to the BTS station.

Overall ok. Near BTS and convenience to go anywhere. If an old hotel but anyways worth for the money.

I've been here for 4 days and I feel that this room is overall quite nice. It's close to the subway, the room is spacious, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. I think the price is quite reasonable; it's just a short walk to Sauna Mania. 😂😂 However, what makes me very dissatisfied is that the lighting in the room is very dim at night. I personally prefer rooms with more light, but this room gets really dark at night. 😅

The hotel was very dirty and I have to say the stuff was quite unfriendly. The room was very loud because of the air condition fan outside of the window which made it quite hard to get a good night of sleep.

Use to be nice hotel, now most of the rooms are falling apart with everything. My shower didn’t have door (use to have) so there was water all around the floor. A lot of cockroaches, had one big upon arriving then during my stay another big one in toilet. I had to buy spray myself as hotel doesn’t provide any anti-insect one. Very old rooms, lack of sound proof, many Chinese loud speakers can be heard everyday. Rooms strictly with check in time from 2pm, no chance for early time. Probably it was my last stay here. Location ok, room cards doesn’t work everyday need to back to lobby and re-charge room card to open my own room…

Best location...best value for money and the staff is very accomadating near mrt station

It was near a BTS station which was really good, nearby 7/11 too. Very friendly and helpful guy who greeted me with a warm smile and helped us with our luggage to our room. People in the reception need to smile more, just imo. The place isn't that well maintained when it comes to the obvious repairs of the place but it's good enough.

2nd time staying here and will definitely stay again due to its good location.

Good location , very near to BTS Chong Nong Si, about 150 meter only. 7-11 shop just next to the hotel, and surrounding with all restaurant . Great location
