The environment is great, the room is spacious, and it's cleaned daily. The location is convenient, there are fitness facilities, and the service attitude is excellent.

A wonderful, beloved place. The staff is priceless, they are so wonderful. The location is quiet with planes taking off, but this does not spoil anything. The room and the hotel are impeccably clean. The coffee shop has a lovely owner and the cheapest coffee for 35 baht. Get a deluxe and you can have breakfast on a huge terrace and watch the planes. But the main thing is the people - wonderful, responsive, helping with everything. I love Thailand and its wonderful people.

The reception staff were very good. Returning late at night from outside, it didn't feel scary because there was a security guard at the entrance at all times. The room was very spacious.

There is an automatic check-in machine, so you can check in even when there is no one at the front desk. It's no problem to check in a few hours early if a room is available. 3/The hotel does not provide purified water, toiletries, and towels
