You need to walk around 5-10 minutes from Asok station but it is still acceptable. The staff are very nice and generous. It is a 5 star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is very strategic located in the city. Walking distance to MRT and BTS. A lot of massage centers nearby.Hotel also provided shuttle to nearby BTS according to the schedule.

Strategic Location & Urban Access One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location. Positioned a short walk from major transport links such as the Asok BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT Subway, guests can navigate Bangkok’s sprawling landscape with ease—including quick access to shopping, dining, and nightlife hubs like Terminal 21, EmQuartier, and Emporium.

This stay was disappointing compared to the last two times we visited. I even introduced my whole family to stay here, but the experience was really not up to standard. Starting from the second day, the hotel used toilet paper to refill as facial tissue for us — which is honestly unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We also purposely booked a room with two queen-sized beds so that it could fit another two kids. The room clearly accommodates four people, yet the hotel still charged extra for the two kids, without providing any extra bed. We ended up having to pay a lot more than expected. Overall, if you’re planning a family trip, I would not recommend choosing this hotel. It was very disappointing.

Cleanliness: The hotel is quite new, so it was very clean. We were initially in room 309, but due to a strong odor from the bathroom drain, we were promptly moved to room 615, which was much better. The front desk staff were excellent, very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. The hotel offers a shuttle service to a nearby mall, but it's only one-way, which makes it less convenient and somewhat pointless without a return service. Breakfast was fantastic! The noodle soup and congee were particularly good, and the service staff were prompt in clearing plates. There was also a wide variety of fruits, so much so that we couldn't possibly try them all. Upon checking out, the bell staff proactively helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Their service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful.

The hotel location is ok, I'm between terminal 21 and emsphere, though one would need to walk for at least 7 minutes. The hotel's shuttle was only once every hour, so we didn't manage to take any of the shuttles. The hotel. To get to the 7-11, one would need to walk for few hundred meters. The room was a bit small, but it was spotlessly clean. However, the location is fantastic – very close to the shopping district and conveniently near the subway station. The hotel's overall decor is stylish and sophisticated. Highly recommend!

We stayed for four nights, but the hotel assigned me room 3809. I was delighted that it was a high-rise building and the waiter's sincere attitude made me think that the room he gave me was very good. However, when I opened the door, I saw that the window was facing a wall. There was no environment at all. I was very disappointed. I hope the hotel can arrange a comfortable room according to the length of stay. I am very satisfied with other aspects of the hotel, especially the service attitude of the staff.

Firstly, thank you to the staffs, they were the best. Super friendly and helpful. Loved the service at the concierge too. Hotel is tucked in an alley which is not too busy but perfect to find lots of food within walking distance. They arrange for an extra bed in the room before we checked in so I really appreciated that. Why I would choose this hotel again is because they took care of the little details to keep us happy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic business hotel, suitable for families with kids as well. Great Tuktuk service to the BTS and nearby mall.

The hotel rooms are quite new and spacious enough for two, with excellent facilities. The location is also superb, as it's within walking distance of both Em District and Terminal 21. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again! The only minor drawback was that the alley leading to the hotel was a bit crowded at times due to ongoing road construction, with no clear pedestrian path separate from vehicle traffic. However, this is easily overlooked given all the other advantages.

Excellent hotel service with very friendly helpful staff.

The hotel location is between Asok and Phrom Phong which means that it located in the center. There are few malls nearby. Good for shopping, massage and dining. The room is so clean and comfortable. It provided all the utensils. The swimming pool is clean and relaxing. I am so enjoyed to swim here.
