Ulasan Grace Hotel

3 starts because the rooms are at least newly renovated. But also 3 starts because the entire hotel needs to be fully renovated. Gladly it seems like they are in the process. The hotel is very old shape in the common areas, restaurant looks terrible, all common areas are very dirty, elevators or sketchy. The entire place smells like smoke. but the location is perfect.

The soundproofing of the room is very bad, I live on the seventh floor, but I can hear the music from the dance hall on the first floor

Very very poor service and poor staff they didn’t give you water if they charged also for water if u want to order something they take more than 2 hours very very pathetic service please don’t boook this hotel there are many options near by don’t go for this hotel

How would you feel about the cleanliness when you are welcomed with these many cockroaches on your fridge.. After 20 mins of continuous efforts someone answered the call on reception and after three calls and 30 mins someone showed up to check what's wrong and to clean this mess up ! 1. Do not expect any kind of Service 2. Do not expect kindness from the staff (they talk as if you're staying there on charity) 3. I had 4 pieces of luggage so again while check out tried calling bell service but to no avail coz No One here answers the call so that they don't have to serve at all. 4. Expect 24/7 renovation going on 5. Almost All the amenities are chargeable

Would not recommend. The hotel is under renovation and they made noise in the morning. The room is not really clean and the lights were flashing all day. The card for the elevator didn’t work so I had to take the stairs every time (and there was no lighting for the stairs)

Old building still under renovation,,, you will have renovated room but in same time it will be like living in under construction building.. many places are not finished in the hotel… they just want to run the hotel in same time of renovations

The main hotel is very busy and happening area in Bangkok, Nana , all around Arab, Indian food and many Russian too old hotel but still ok in good condition, not too bad i think for short stay is good and location is best for who coming for joy and fun

The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was construction stuff everywhere. Checking out was slower than checking in but the room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable and they have Netflix in the rooms which was a nice touch. Close to all the Middle Eastern food in Bangkok which is great.

Location good . Hotel is in an Arab locality with an Arab feel. My Thai girlfriend did not like this aspect but l was fine with it. The breakfast was ok but lacked Thai dishes. The room was not large but comfortable and new and clean. The bed was soft and great. The price was reasonable for Nana. In my opinion the hotel is well worth trying. As others say it is under ongoing major refurbishment for example the breakfast was not just in another building but another hotel the Graceland.
