Hotel is situated right opposite Clifton tower and is conveniently located within. The city centre - walking distance to the Shambles and other attractions. The parking situation is problematic - although aware it is first come first served, there is nowhere available to park up and ask except the three spaces in front of the hotel and if taken, you end up circling the road for an absolutely age before a space becomes available. If no parking on site end up parking over the road on public car park which is inconvenient as keep having to work out when to renew. The cleanliness is a slight issue, we thought there was dust on surfaces but more likely to be cloth fibres from the cleaners but still don't expect shedding like this. Room was fine but did think bathroom was on the smaller side for a double deluxe room. Service in general was good - couldn't really fault.

Location is extremely convenient to get to the sightseeing spots.

Definitely one of the worst stay experiences in my life. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! 1. Alarm set by the previous guest was not turned off by housekeeping. And it rang twice at around 6am. 2. Serious leakage in the toilet. Wet floor every time we showered. It was gloss walking on the wet tiles with bare feet. We had to cover the floor with bath towels. And it smelt moldy. 3. Ridiculous design. We can bear the old refurbishing. There were plenty sockets inside the room but none next to bed. We had to get off bed to get mobile charged after web browsing every single night. 4. There were heavy fire doors next to the lift. Imagine we had to pull over two heavy luggage while pushing the doors open. Again, ridiculous design! 5. Staff obviously not so helpful. I reflected these two problems to the receptionist when we checked out. The staff sent his apology but did not ask whether we need any assistance for taxi. Not professional at all! The only merit is that it is conveniently located. Nothing else!

The hotel is centrally located. Staff service is. But rude and can be trained better. Rooms are nice and cozy but small in size. Overall okay experience.

酒店地理位置很好，基本可以徒步抵達各個景點。 早餐ok 健身房ok，餐廳可以直接用中晚餐。 房間:酒店房間中規中矩，肯定比不上國內的希爾頓，但在國外入住，整體是ok。 服務: 唯一不太滿意的是，1日晚入住的前台小姐姐，一直打電話嘻嘻哈哈讓我們等着，完全沒我示意，很不禮貌。後面其他人可能看不下去終於出現給我們辦理入住。 2號遇到的其他工作人員都很好，餐廳 前台等。 行李寄存:很細緻的粘貼好標簽，方便及時拿到。
