Lovely hotel. We were upgraded. The room was fabulous with a huge, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was also the best we've had on this trip around SE Asia

She needs to retrain her services
0% C/S rating. She is very rude to her customers and her English level is not acceptable to work in a hotel!

We have visited Lancaster Bangkok three times and have found it to be a perfect hotel when visiting the city. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent, and the reception staff provides wonderful service. However, I can only give them 4 stars due to disappointing experiences with the bellboy staff at the front door.
Firstly, my brother had to drop off my luggage at the hotel while I wasn't there. He reported that the bellboy was rude and spoke to him unkindly. Secondly, after checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to collect it around 7-8 pm, the bellboy was again somewhat rude. Despite thanking him politely in both Thai and English, he did not respond and instead gave us an unpleasant attitude.
This occurred on May 10, 2024. I wanted to pass this message along to the management and hope that during our next visit, we will receive the five-star service that we have come to expect.

Hotel location was good, staff were helpful, but the breakfast buffet there is not much of variety to choose from and there is one more thing is that in the toilet there is a few of those small flies. Otherwise most of it is good

This is a great hotel with good facilities. Opposite yo Thai Summit Tower which was the venue of the events I needed to go attend.

The hotel is nice. Mostly a swimming pool and Spa. Breakfast choices big enough.

Lancaster Bangkok was the best five-star hotel I've seen in Bangkok. The hotel is huge and has an amazing gym and swimming pool. The location is very close to the Phetchaburi metro station and to the train station of the airport train. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to the airport Suvarnabhumi by car.
