Great location near Skytrain. Clean rooms. All staff amazing friendly and helpfull.

This is a nice hotel with many eateries around.. very near to BTS.. Neighbourhood was friendly and has many good and affordable massage shops too. Will stay again if there is another opportunity to Bangkok again.. the hotel staffs are friendly and approachable.

I booked bigger room they said hotel is booked and gave me smaller room , hotel hospitality is not good they are rude when I ask them to explicit they said if Wana stay or cancel that to when I was checking in at 6.00 PM. As I don't have enough time to find new place I had to stay there.

Location is main draw, on Sukhumvit Soi 11, very close to Sukhumvit Road. Staff very friendly. Air con is not central, but individual room split unit controlled invidually by remote in room. Amenities are sparse and as minimal quality as possible, such as slippers are thin kind where the top flap does not stay up, making putting on the slipper not so easy. Restaurant in lobby is actually quite good, good American breakfast, good service. Shower is OK, water control fine once you figure it out, but shower head is fixed and cannot be adjusted to account for different height of bathers. Overall good first stay. Would I stay there again? Other hotels provide better facilities, even if a bit higher in price, and location not as convenient as this one.

Bed mattress very hard. Hotel rundown. Not worth a stay. Booked for 2 nights and only stay for a night and check out. Book other hotel for the other night.

The staff are all approachable, easy to communicate with, very good in English and very helpful. The hotel exceeded my expectation with regards to amenities like toiletries, room service and the basic need of a traveller. The food is great and affordable We will definitely book this hotel again, next time, and it's located in the center where shops, and resto, and train are accessible.

Room was big. Amenities was adequate for me. Location is great (near Nana BTS). Cons: - A/C unit is old and noisy - mattress was already sinking - location is noisy

This is close to everything in Sukhumvit. SRT and MRT are close by as well as shopping at terminal 21. Staff here was very helpful with giving me directions and even provided a map. Will b[k here again.
