Very nice hotel , very clean and new. There is a convenient next to the hotel so it’s very convenient.

The soundproofing in the room is absolutely awful! You can clearly hear phone calls from the next room, and the motorcycle noise from outside at night was also very loud. Definitely not recommended for light sleepers. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley.

Gigantic room! The hotel is tucked away at the end of an alley off a busy road so it was okay to find and busy enough to feel safe. 7-11 is at the intersection, just a less than one minute walk. The stay was comfortable, big fridge and lots of room and table top to use. 3 downsides: 1) once u insert your card for power in the room, a signal goes on outside your room, showing the room is occupied 2) lift access does not require key card 3) my room had a bath tub with shower but there were 2 high stairs leading up to the tub. Tub also doesnt have doors or curtain so water splashed everywhere when i used the shower. Have to be very cautious going down the stairs after you shower as they do become quite slippery. The stay was pleasant but when my companion left early, I opt to switch to another hotel nearby.

Very clean and spacious room! Location is pretty convenient, kind of in the middle of everywhere we want to visit! Right at the doorstep is a 7/11 which is great! It’s also within walking distance to some amazing bars, restaurants and massage places :) quiet surroundings as well, probably because it’s in a pretty hidden alley. Only downside is they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste for this room. But overall, great value for the price!

Quite simple and clean hotel room with nice designed layout with a great location near Silom and Sathorn, reasonable price.

The hotel room was very clean and new. The bed was good. The staff and service was very good.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Service was good but english proficiency could be improved. Room design is aesthetically pleasing, but not the most functional - The shower head and shower area design is a bit awkward. Hotel is a good 15 min walk to nearest BTS.

They met my requirements for the room which I appreciated. But during check in at the front desk when I refused to pay deposit by cash and asked if could pay by card instead, the lady turn to an unhappy face immediately. What a service attitude. And when I’m eating some food which packed from outside at the desk inside the room, lot of dust were found. But over all for this hotel were good.

Love the room ambience, cleanliness, big size, comfy bed. Will definitely come here again for leisure.

clean and good service

The hotel is well maintained, staff is extremely helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. However, the bathrooms with bathtubs have a major drawback as the water over flows all over.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. I didn't eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. The location was great however I specifically needed to be by the British club for this weekend. There were western restaurants minutes walk from this hotel. There's not a great view from the hotel rooms but it was perfect for a few nights stay. Beds were very comfortable and overall a good (fresh smelling) atmosphere in the room. In the deluxe room, the shower was over the bathtub but I was a little concerned as you had to take one step up to get into the bath tub. Sometimes when you showered or took a bath that step would get wet and would be slippery when exiting the tub. It was the first time I ever experienced walking up a step to enter the tub. I do feel this is bit of a safety concern with that step getting wet and then trying to step out of the tub. I would also recommend English instructions on how to use the safe in the room. Other friends staying there all had the same question, "How do I set the safe?" These are the only improvements I would make within the room itself. Overall, I would stay here again and appreciated the service, cleanliness and comfort of the room.
