I recently stayed at this hotel, and while its proximity to Wat Arun and the famous Rangros Restaurant is a definite plus, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by several issues. Cleanliness was a significant concern during my stay. I was shocked to find a chunk of hair in the middle of the room, which made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. The bathroom was another disappointment; it had a persistent unpleasant odor, which made using it an uncomfortable experience. Moreover, the hotel offers no amenities, which was quite surprising given its location. We were also disappointed to find that only one toothbrush set was provided, despite booking the room for two people. It’s small details like these that can significantly affect the comfort of a stay. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the first floor, which meant that despite the hotel's location near the river, we missed out on any potential river view. I should have done more research beforehand, but it was still disappointing. On a positive note, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located next to the famous Rangros Restaurant, which is convenient for food lovers, but be aware that reservations are strictly required. Chanced upon this ThaiChin fusion restaurant 5mins walk away called "TANA". We actually went back twice for its 'NAD RA' (MUST TRY!). In summary, while the location is convenient, the lack of cleanliness, amenities, and minor oversights in room preparation made this stay less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues for future guests.
