Dusit suites hotel is located near the Four Face Buddha, approximately 15 mins walk to the central world shopping mall which is pretty convenient. The staffs were friendly and welcoming, upon checking in, I was greeted warmly. I was given an upgrade for the room which I think it was a nice gesture. However, upon checking into the room, there were dead cockroaches which was quite disappointing. The toilet is clean but the water pressure is not strong and the water temperature is difficult to adjust.

being a 13th timer at the hansar on samui, a 4th timer at the hansar in bangkok, we know, hansar stands for quality. this time i was a solo traveller. the holiday already starts at the pickup at the airport, no stress, no pushing, shoving for taxis with hundreds of frustrated incomers. the concierges, my favorite staff, see below, brighten your day upon arrival, friendly welcome by the reception team upstairs. rooms are high standard, had, solotraveller, an urban suite (71sqm) this time. special thanks to concierge tae who helped me organize seeing bangkok off the beaten track. the elefin cafe downstairs is a gem, they provide tasty, authentic food, i am a regular there. all in all, not to forget the location, a top recommendation in bangkok. PS: provided you are leaving thailand and you don't need your prepaid tourist sim card anymore, still have gigas up there - just leave it at the concierges' desk, so they can use it, and so the card is not wasted. PSS: before you say, gush that guy gets paid for his comment: the second evening i got me one of the free signature drinks offered downstairs at the bar, i was sitting outside, the only guest at that time. i got the drink - and was neglected the following 30', wasn't asked about if i wanted a 2nd drink; left me a bit puzzled.

Had a very good time at the hotel. Quiet yet only less than 5 mins walk to BTS station and 10mins walk to centralworld and all little bit more to platinum mall. Breakfast was scrumptious and gym is good. Room is very clean and big.

Never come back this hotel! So regretted when I booked it for my holiday. Terrible toilet in the Executive Suite room. It's absolutely not worth the money at all. I will not recommend people I know to book this hotel. I booked one of the most expensive room rate, Executive suite but the flushing in the toilet got broke and the water in the toilet couldn't come out and I had to use the toilet in the hotel lobby because it was being fixed and took long time to fix and replace the equipment of the toilet. The flushing got broke at the first night when I checked in. It took ages to fix the flushing of the toilet, not the fault of the technician, but the hotel maintenance and equipment was very bad at the Executive suite( expensive room in the 5-star hotel). The shower equipment in the bathroom room was old style. Also, there were no wine glasses in the room although there were a microwave, refrigerator, kitchen, cups and dishes. What would u do when u have a bottle of wine and only tea cups available in the room? Last but not least, it takes at least 15mins to line up in front of the breakers buffet to be seated. Food was very simple and only a few dishes. I have not seen that simple and boring breakfast which was paid in a 5 star hotel in BKK. You shouldn't buy breakfast in the hotel when you make the booking because this hotel doesn't have a many kinds of food. The next day of my stay, I went out to eat although I paid all when I made booking.

I loved every bit of this piece of heaven. The location is right in the heart of Bangkok, a short ride away from the park, the mall, the public transport, and so forth. The rooms are so comfortable and layout well planned that I would live there if I could. My favorites were the bathroom, where the shower and tub were sectioned off in one room. It reminds me of the Japanese style bathrooms. I also loved the dressing table that was spacious and luxurious. Of course the comfortable beds were also a big delight. Hospitality was as amazing as gracious and generous as expected too. Many thanks! And I’ll be back again soon!

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, bilik bersih tetapi agak kecil. Tempat tidurnya sendiri 5 kaki, tetapi bantal dan tilamnya bagus, tidak sakit belakang, jadi tidur lena. Dinding bilik sangat kaku. Bunyi bilik sebelah ketawa terbahak-bahak untuk didengar pada tengah malam. Sarapan untuk membuat pesanan semasa daftar masuk dan beritahu masa untuk turun untuk menjemput. Sangat mudah untuk memesan tanpa had sama sekali. Anda boleh mengambil sebiji selasih sebanyak yang anda mahukan. Sangat baik. Berbanding dengan harganya, ia sangat berbaloi.

The staff were very helpful. From the check-in process to the check-out process, everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. They even helped out with calling our transportation arrangements. The hotel had excellent facilities. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Location is very convenient. Very near the malls and the train stations. Hotel breakfast was very good too.

I have only one problem when I stayed at this hotel. It’s was the keycard when I inserted at my room for opening the door. It showed incorrect card more than 4 times so i called receptionist for solving this problem. They sent the new card to me for about 3-4 times. It was little bit annoying but I respected the service of this hotel. They always help me with kindness. Thank you

It’s close to Mercury Ville (good for those who like Savoey Restaurant) and is within walking distance to Central World and Big C (15min). There’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs and the massage place Diora next to the hotel is great. The swimming pool is a bit small though. And the basic room type does not have a bathtub (room is pretty spacious).
