Be cautious booking here! Not the cleanest! And in the heart of the party town. If your a family look for a quite time, this is not it. For young people looking to have a blast in the heart of the party, you may enjoy it here! Nice view of the Golden Temple

There were quite a few complaints about noise in the reviews, so I booked this hotel on a whim, but specifically requested a high-floor room at the back of the hotel. It turns out I won the gamble: Khao San Road at night has world-class noisy bars, where even with your ears covered, you can feel your heart pulsing to the beat. But stepping into the hotel, the clamor is immediately cut off. My suite was large, with windows on three sides, green trees and red walls, and during the day, it was so quiet you could only hear birdsong. The interior layout was very clever; he was playing games in the inner room, and I was sitting on the sofa behind the partition, facing the balcony, drinking, without disturbing each other. Late at night, there was only the faint sounds of the bars, which had transformed into a non-jarring background noise, allowing me to turn over and sleep soundly. Staying here, you can deeply experience the dramatic tension of day and night, with a strong sense of contrast. The Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaeo, the Chao Phraya River, and N13 pier are all within walking distance; nearby, supermarkets and snack stalls are plentiful. To go to ICONSIAM, Chinatown, Wat Arun, Pak Khlong Talat (flower market), and the Big C Ferris Wheel, just take the blue line tourist boat from N13. It's 40 baht for hop-on, hop-off, saving time and effort with beautiful scenery. When taking a taxi from BKK airport, be sure to use the meter (by meter) and keep the ticket number; if it's a fixed price, no matter how high they quote, cap it at 500 Thai Baht.

Noise! Its all about the location 😌. Swimming pool on the roof, lifts to your room. Great for a two night start or finish to your trip. Bangkok Baby 👶

+ close to old town and Palace of King ang Chaopraya river. Modern +- hotel and room. - very loud outside hotel area. U can't go through Kaosan quikly too many people. Sometimes I fall in panic.

The room is extremely good, suitable for the price (+discount). But despite asking for quiet room, it was super loud around 5PM onwards. This is because I guess they had a pool party (DJ, loud music, and chitchats). But I managed to get some quiet time to rest in the morning until lunch

The hotel's promotional photos are completely misleading and have nothing to do with the actual condition of the place; they're just fake. The hotel is right on Khao San Road, which has 24-hour bars and nightclubs, so it's incredibly noisy. The second picture shows the view from the window, which is just a dirty wall.

This place loke ATE if you’re looking for the intense side of Bangkok. It’s right on the heart of Khao San road so be prepared for the chaos. Although I found you cannot actually hear much noise from the rooms which was unexpected but appreciated. The rooftop pool is lovely and provides great views. Rooms were clean and staff friendly.

I chose this hotel because I was short on time and wanted to be close to the Grand Palace. The facilities are on par with a budget hotel in China. The shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, making me feel like I was back in the last century. The noise from the nightclub lasted until 2 AM. Aside from the good location, there's nothing else special about it. Families with children should seriously reconsider. It's more suitable for single people looking to party at nightclubs. Also, this hotel, Did Inn, and the Khao San Hotel across the street are actually the same establishment.

Reception is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean with a great rooftop pool with a nice city view. Although some rooms you hear noise coming from the outside but other than that would definitely stay there again.

Located directly on Khao San Road so if you’re looking for nightlife, look no further! Only downside to being so close is it does get noisy (but if you’re staying here you’ll no doubt be out in the party!). I can’t say I’d recommend to families with you children, only due to nighttime noise though. If you get a room located at the rear of the property the music should be less noticeable. Overall a great hotel 👍🏻

The location is great, and despite being near a party street, our room was surprisingly quiet - we were lucky as the noise was barely noticeable. The room was large, bright, and clean, though a bit dated. The bed was comfortable. However, the hairdryer was a complete disaster and should urgently be replaced. We also only received one towel no hand towels. We also had cockroaches in the room twice, and one day there was no cleaning service and no water provided. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The area around the hotel is generally very loud. We were not allowed to bring our own snacks or drinks to the pool, while the beer prices were unreasonably high. For a hotel in this price range, this shouldn't be an issue. The pool music was clearly just YouTube — you could even hear the commercials — which felt unprofessional. Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not worth the price.

I've lost count of how many times I've booked this hotel, and the service is always excellent! The location is fantastic – a must-stay for anyone who enjoys bar culture and nightlife. There's even a free pool on the 7th floor that the kids absolutely love! While the bar street outside can be noisy, the rooms themselves are surprisingly quiet. Plus, there's a pharmacy right by the hotel entrance, a new massage parlor next door, and plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The price is also quite reasonable. However, if you prefer a quieter environment, you might want to consider other options.
