it had been a scary experience for me and my little kid. we arrived at Makkasan station, and it looks very close to the hotel. The train staff took us to cross the railway to get to the hotel, with suitcase, walking in a traffic road without pedestrian lane. we would have expect there is a normal walkway to the hotel. we told our experience to the hotel reception but their response is indifference and we feel very uncaring, so to our surprise. they told us we could call hotel for pick up finally, but this message is not provided to guests from the booking site nor confirmation. if this key message shared to guest, a lot of hassle could ease. the hotel itself is ok, just that we need a mental healing time with little kid.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearest BTS, which is helpful. Its proximity to the Airport Rail Link is a major plus for travelers. The breakfast spread was decent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities provided. The gym and pool facilities were well-maintained. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you're not overly concerned about location.

1. Free upgraded to privilege room. Higher floor and room is cleaner. 2. Use grab all time so location is fine for me. You will be alright if you only going out once or twice a day. Don't try to walk out or back to hotel at night. There is no streetlight along the road. 3. Breakfast - don't expect much from it. Green curry and fried pork are surprising tasty. 4. Take note toilet and bathroom door can't be lock/secured. There is a small gap around door edge. May be bothersome. No rack to put clothes or towel in the bathroom. 5. Smart TV can access YouTube.

Everything was great staying in Mecure Makkasan . Food should be different menu everyday, the same as usual but no complaints at all, everything is good service and food…

The location is not so good but the breakfast definitely worth it. The glass window in the room is very noise-proof. Even noisy outside, I can have a very good sleep in the room. Good👍

This hotel is cheap price but facilities are good and  new. Location is not very good but consider the price that is acceptable

My wife and I were happy. The room service was great for one dish and despite my wife stating she didn’t want any 🌶️ she still got it. We informed the staff that she didn’t eat it and the only unfortunate thing is they didn’t offer to remove it from the bill. Other than that , the staff were so nice and friendly. We even extended our stay one extra day and stayed here instead of changing hotels. We will stay here again.

The hotel is clean ,very good service ,modern amenities very fresh with the view and my kids really like the pool but Around the location there are no restaurants or 7/11 difficult to find food.👍👍I really like this hotel🥰

Nice place

This hotel could be a nice choice if you don’t mind staying without power and hot water. Bathroom has no exhaust fans or ventilation. So good luck if you’re staying with your someone.

I had a great stay at the Mercure hotel. It's convenient, clean and service is great. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety. Very close to train station and a free shuttle service which drops you at the station. Room was bright, clean and I slept very well. Will definitely stay here again.

Location is so so. Need to call taxi or Grab or bolt. Or walk 8 mins from the nearest exit of MRT station. Other point is good. Price is very reasonable.
