I am a regular guest at Chang Siam Inn, visiting twice a year whenever I travel to Thailand. I always choose to stay here because it truly feels like a home away from home. The service and location are excellent—it’s conveniently close to the Airport Rail Link, shopping areas, and there are plenty of massage places nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.

Good location,just 7mins to train station,surrounded by good restaurants and 7/11,close to pratunam market,our room is spacious and clean,free 2bottled water daily,have free simple breakfast..I like the hotel interior design ❤️.staff and friendly and approachable...

I was really glad I booked this hotel. Aside from the fact that it is cheaper than other hotels, it was near Pratunam market which is why I considered booking it. There is a 500baht deposit but it was immediately refunded after checkout. It also has a daily room cleaning and towels are changed everyday. I requested a room with 2 single beds and it was granted. If I go back to Bangkok, I will definitely book this hotel again.

It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the Pratunum and Platinum Mall area for me. Near the Metro station (to Suvanabumi airport) but not walking distance.

It's not bad, I guess, given the price, haha. The room was small and had no windows. Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Decent Environment: Good Service: Okay 😌 If you have high standards, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The soundproofing isn't great 🙀

The room is clean and meets the basic needs, but guests have to prepare toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is quite convenient to transport to other places. Staff are helpful and welcome.

Im happy that we find this hotel and it is super convenient for us. There is a 7/11 in front and many stall of food in every corner of the street. It is 7mins walk to Pratunam, 15 mins walk to Big C/Platinum Mall.

In front of the inn, there is one big 7/11. Convenient to go the famous place like Pratunam mall, central world and big C. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Budget-friendly hotel with clean and safe rooms. Provide enough sanitaries such as soap, shampoo and water bottles. Also excellent morning coffee counter with toast. What could be improved is that room services which they do daily but not clean enough and need to improve to fill up some stuff and bathroom cleansing.
