Ulasan Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

Ok⋯⋯good

Stayed on 20th floor...Gave it 3 stars for cleanliness only because Somebody was smoking in the room and it could be smelled throughout the rooms from the vents.

It's a lovely hotel with direct access to Terminal 21 mall, making it very convenient since it's also connected to the BTS via a platform. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is enjoyable. Additionally, it's located near several other hotels, giving us the option to dine at their restaurants as well.

Convenience location, great facilities and good service. I always stay in this Hotel since it's easy to go everywhere using BTS system.

Convinent and with great service, free upgrade as already the 4th times to be there.

Location is convenient with shopping and good available. Room is clean and big.

The best place to stay, nearby all transport, massage center, shopping mall and breakfast buffet is good. The best service with nice welcome drink.

Booked Grand Deluxe Room for 3 nights with buffet breakfast. The room was quite spacious and modern with kitchenette and washing machine. The city view is beautiful. The toilet was very modern. Breakfast buffet was so-so. Despite these wonderful features, we experienced some creepy events. We did not have a good night sleep for the 3 days stay. There was a small distinct creepy sound coming from inside the room around 2-3 am. My wife heard it during our first night, I heard it during our 2nd night, then my wife heard it again on the 3rd night. I just brushed off my experience but my wife later revealed after departing from Bangkok that she had heard a short quaint voice for 2 nights. Thus, we have confirmed that we had similar eerie experience on separate occasions. She mentioned too that on the first night we entered the room had a slight fishy odour The room was 2520. Let us know if you’ve had similar encounter.

Great hotel  close to BTS and terminal 21 centre

Hotel gave us an upgrade to a Grand Suite room! Everything was awesome! We like the cleanliness of the hotel the best and of course the service of all the hotel staff! Location of the hotel is great too!

Can’t beat the location if you like Terminal 21 as they are connected. It’s also connected to BTS so it’s easy to get around. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. They also have nice facilities for kids with a kid’s room, and trampoline.
