The location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.
