Convenient location and newly renovated, matched with 4 stars hotel, highly affordable and recommended for travelers.

Spacious room with nice decoration and smell of cigarette even non smoking sign is placed in the room. Located on the main road so noisy from traffic is expected for sure for whole day and night. Don't know why they put dirty duvets in the room cabinet. Many restaurants and streen side stalls are nearby and 2 convenient stores. WIFI is ****** !! Can't download anything even one photo in facebook !!

Place ok. Just stayed there for a few hours in the morning after a long trip. However, I’ve never experienced such a low quality in service from the hotel staff at the reception. I arrived in the early morning with a private driver (clearly noticeable that I am certain about this place) and got instantly rejected with the words “no rooms”. When I said I booked already a room, he further didn’t listen and just repeated “no room, no rooms. You need to leave.” This was more than rude. When I showed him my booking confirmation, he looked at it without reading, took out google translate and tells again “no room, you need to leave”. I emphasized to look at the booking and then he suddenly was friendly. My girlfriend was already in the room as she arrived before from another place. I told the receptionist then to please give me a key card so that I don’t have to wake her up. He said, I should knock on the door. I emphasized that she is sleeping and should not be woken up. As if he has no brain at all, he turned around, picked up the phone and called the room to wake my girlfriend up. What was going on here? This is the worst trained staff of a “4 star hotel” I’ve ever had. Every Airbnb host or even child without training in hospitality would have more understanding in how to welcome a guest and how to deal with the situation. My girlfriend told me that the staff also didn’t take her luggage to bring it to the room for her. Again: This is an absolute horrific service and the hotel should not call itself any star hotel with such staff. An investment in the training of the staff would be probably better than in renovation. For me absolutely clear that I would not come there again, as I felt zero welcomed as a guest. Better get another hotel. I can highly recommend Parso. 👍🏽👍🏽 top service, top facilities, top rooms and location.

The location is great. There are plenty of restaurants around here. The room is really good for the price. Despite being next to the road, we barely heard traffic noise.

I had a pleasant stay at M2 de Bangkok Hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to help with a smile. While the location isn’t the most central, it’s still conveniently close to local shops and easily accessible using Grab or other ride-hailing services. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place with great service, this hotel is a solid choice.

A bit old for the amenities . Is quite clean and quiet. Overall is acceptable for the price. The weak point is short of slippers there. 😅

It's better to find another hotel, because it's not good and there's no value for money.

I would this hotel is nice, room is big enough, location is good but is at the road side of a cross junction hope u would missed the hotel, my grab driver missed.. the staff can’t speak English but she made an effort to used Google translate to help us to communicate.. furthermore I asked a late checkout she tried her best to help cause my plane is at 1700hrs and she managed to get an hour from her superior.. is a good hotel I can said
