Ulasan Pratunam City Inn

The place is quite near from Pratunam market and Platinum mall. A lot of food nearby. Actually the room is not as good as my expectation, but it’s still okay. The cleaning staff was so kind.

Location is practically near everything like night market, malls, bus stop and train station. The cons ; you can hear sounds from other room.

Strategic location! Easy access to the city too. Close to mall and others

I stained in this hotel 2 times already. For me the location is good, it’s in the middle of Pratunam market and central world. And the service is 24h. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

Room is big enough and clean. Though the hotel do not have a retaurant, still very accommodating staff

Very poor sound proof, you can easily heard what people said outside, so very noisy can’t sleep well. Others ok.

We moved to other hotel we only stayed for 1 night customer service is not approachable , our complaints was not offered any solution instead they let us stay in 1 room though we have a confirmed bookings for 2 rooms we are complaining that our 1 room beds has an ants but it seems she ignores us and we let her to stay in one room , i will not recommend this hotel and asking for a reimbursement for remaining days that was not use , i even sent an email for our complaints in the hotel management but it seems they ignore too , i am loyal to trip please help us for our complaints

The room is terribly small and uncomfortable. Room walls and toilet are all gypsum boards. Very noisy and sound proof very bad. Surrounding quite run down.

good service, kind people, good location

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and unfortunately, I was quite dissatisfied with several aspects of the stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and despite being there for an extended period, the bedsheets were not changed once. The staff at the reception were unhelpful and unfriendly, and I found it frustrating that there was only one staff member at a time. They didn’t offer any assistance with carrying luggage or escorting us to our room, which felt impersonal. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t provide basic amenities, so you'll need to bring your own. The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient, but overall, I won't stay there again.

First time staying in this hotel. Clean and convenient. The room is big and be able to sleep 3 persons. Cosy room. Recommended others to this hotel. Has many eateries, restaurants and massage centres. Friendly staffs. Allow us for early check in.

Night staff have a very bad attitude with customers. Totally bad service. The room and toilet are terribly small, broken and uncomfortable.

Really terrible hotel i never see before, Dont believe in the picture show on website is was 100 yrs ago Dirty,smelly,nothing working in room Reception unhelpful and no polite at all Drunk guest tried to open our room unsafe here You heard everything people outside talking or doing private things I paid 1260 bth per night but if price 200bth still expensive

a very nice and decent hotel located near to Pratunam area, can walking distance. the area nearby with 7e and other hotels which is not that quiet and safe to go back late night. the hotel also offers massage beside the lobby, everything is okay alsooo most important they have iron area so girliess you dont have to bring it okayy!! they also will clean up your room, change towels everydayy. i would say it’s defo worth it
