I really didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. Nothing like the pictures online. This is definitely my first and last time staying here. I only chose it because it's close to the airport,

10 mins from the airport but far away from the city and public transport. The room is old and the bed was in bad condition

Good hotel, but a bit old. Old shower head and broken. Very good buffet breakfast. The staff are very nice. Bed is is hard and pillow a bit firm. Okay for 1 night, will have trouble sleeping if stay there for more than 1 night because of the bed. Very affordable and very close to the airport.

Very close to the airport, convenient for transfers. Ctrip listed it as a 4-star, but it really doesn't live up to that; it's more like a 3-star with a tiny bit extra. The service was fine, but the facilities are quite old, and the air conditioning rattled all night.

We chose to stay because it has a special deal and we had early departure flight. I couldn’t believe what I got myself into. They upgraded our room to king sized bed but little did we know when I pulled the curtain to look at the view and all I see was the wall of the next door building. Requested for another room and they said none available. Felt like in the prison cell dark and no view at all. The vanity was poorly designed, the tap spout wasn’t long enough so you have to turn full blast for the water to stay inside the bowl . Never stay there again! Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the window because it was so dark .

Pretty good, the environment is nice, there's an airport shuttle service, and a swimming pool. Breakfast is also decent, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. It was also quiet for sleeping.

The free shuttle bus is a great perk, and both airport pick-up and drop-off are complimentary. If you need a ride, after you land, head to the second floor of the airport terminal. Between gates 3 and 4, there are tons of hotel signs. Just show a staff member your hotel's name, and they'll know you're staying there and help you call a car. The hotel itself is basic and pretty standard, typical of a budget hotel costing around 100+ RMB in China. My only gripe is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which is annoying. 😠 The deposit is 1000 Thai Baht, and they accept USD. For the price, it's a decent place for an overnight stay. ‼️ Special note ‼️ The soundproofing isn't great, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

Upgraded us to a better room for free! Great breakfast, very clean room and no faults at all,had a wonderful stay!

I stayed at this airport hotel because I had an early morning flight the following day. It's a bit out of the way, and a taxi from the city center cost me around 400 Baht. However, there's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service roughly every hour, and the journey to the airport takes only about 10 minutes, which I found very convenient. The hotel's restaurant looked appealing, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it out. As for the in-room facilities, they were decent but nothing particularly impressive.

I don't like it .But its OK just for one night. Restaurant if you pay by credit card ,they charge you 5% more.

Horrible service. I booked it at the lobby, didn’t know it was required a cash deposit. I wanted to cancel it right away, but the front desk said it cant be refunded. Ridiculous policy.

The hotel is located far away from the statue centre but close to the airport. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
