Ulasan Beijing Xinqiao Hotel

I had the opportunity to stay at the Xinqiao Hotel due to a family matter. First, let me start with the positives. The hygiene was excellent; as an older hotel, they maintain high cleanliness standards. Although the facilities are a bit dated, everything was spotless, making for a reassuring stay. Second, the front desk service was fantastic, especially the staff member Xiaomei. She was very helpful and sincere in assisting with and resolving issues. Now for a couple of criticisms. We booked a triple family room, which seemed to be a converted king room. However, due to the room's shallow depth and the bathroom being located inside, the door opened directly facing the bed, offering very little privacy. I suggest changing the direction the door opens. My second point is about the accessible room. It had a glass sliding door for the bathroom compartment, which was thick and heavy. I'm not sure how someone needing accessible facilities would manage it. This definitely needs improvement.

Booked for three nights and absolutely loved it here in Beijing. The Chongwenmen subway station is incredibly convenient for getting to Tiananmen Square, the National Museum, the Forbidden City, or Beijing Railway Station, all within three subway stops. It's perfect when traveling with elderly family members and children. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Braved Beijing with my child during the New Year's Day holiday! The front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. It was clean and spacious, and we slept so comfortably. The hotel's location right by the subway station was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get to Tiananmen and the National Museum. It's also really close to a shopping district, so we took a stroll at night and had some delicious hotpot at Ya'er Li Ji. So good! 😋 All in all, the hotel really enhanced our trip to Beijing. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

1️⃣ The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Subway Line 2 is right at the entrance, and Tiananmen Square is only about 1.5 km away by bike, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Although it's a bit far from the Summer Palace, the location itself is genuinely great. 2️⃣ Now, about the service. On the night of the 30th, perhaps because the hotel is older, the soundproofing was exceptionally poor. Why do I say exceptionally poor? It was to the point where you could hear conversations from the next room crystal clear. This wasn't a huge issue until a man checked into the room next to us on the night of the 30th. His snoring was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to sleep. It was already past midnight, so I called the front desk. It seemed to be an intern who answered, and they very pleasantly moved us to another room, which was an upgraded room with an outer window. However, after the switch, the upgraded room was actually a bit smaller than the original one we were in. Since I had a 30-inch suitcase, it was quite cramped and difficult to move around once opened. Also, the room lacked an air purifier. All in all, the upgraded room was significantly less comfortable than the original one. I asked the intern at the front desk if they could offer a complimentary breakfast as compensation, but perhaps the intern didn't have the authority, so they didn't agree. A few minutes later, the lobby manager called, explained the differences in the upgraded room, apologized, offered a complimentary breakfast, and arranged for housekeeping to deliver an air purifier and a humidifier (they initially sent the wrong item, so comrade Jianjun from housekeeping had to make two trips at such a late hour, which I felt very bad about, but comrade Jianjun's attitude was consistently good and not impatient at all, and I really want to praise him for that). (The room was a bit warm, and I asked the front desk several times if there was a way to alleviate it. One reason was the central air conditioning, and the other was the in-room AC. Even after turning off the in-room AC, it was still very stuffy, and no other solutions were offered. However, the lobby manager on duty on the night of the 30th suggested bringing a humidifier, which felt very thoughtful. Overall, the solutions were very comforting). The room is a bit old, given its age, but most of the staff are very enthusiastic, and transportation is convenient. I would still choose this hotel next time I visit Beijing.

The transportation is very convenient, and there are many shopping malls nearby, which made for a great experience. The hotel's dining options are extensive, with a wide variety of Japanese dishes to choose from, which was indeed excellent. It's the top choice for business trips or leisure travel.

An old hotel, and I stayed in the old wing. The facilities aren't new, but it definitely has character. The lobby has a warm color scheme, and the public areas are elegantly decorated. The front desk and restaurant staff provide standardized service, and the breakfast selection is comprehensive. The Sanbaole Bakery, with its long history, opens early. There are also Chinese and Western restaurants, as well as a bar.

Very well centralise hotel that is beside Chongwenmen train station with several malls around the area Hotel definitely feels old but from my understanding, they are going under refurbishment. But it is not an issue for us cause location is really good Helpful staffs, the hotel even helps to keep taobao packages which was a plus

Excellent location. Metro entrance right in front of the hotel. No greeter or staff helping with luggage when arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Facility is old, rusty mirrors which should be replaced. Overall is good. Recommended!

Clean and hygienic with excellent service. It's close to all the main attractions, and there are subway stations right outside the hotel on both sides, making travel very convenient. Some sights are even within walking distance!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I came to see the snow scenery, and I chose it mainly because of its convenient transportation. The subway is right outside, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is super convenient. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, but many rooms have already been renovated.

room is large and very clean you can receive a bottle of water more than 2 bottle/2 people there are many restaurents opposite hotel bread shop is near hotel which bread is so good if you want other, you can buy the right side at grocery if i have a chance, i will go back

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's right behind Dongjiaomin Lane, which is definitely worth exploring. The rooms show their age, but the cleanliness and maintenance are quite good.

Our staying was great. Services was perfect. Clean room, comfortable beds. From our window view was fabulous. Every night you can see the tallest building of Beijing. Location is great also. Line 2 and 5 of subway stations just half minute from hotel. Thank you very much. We highly recommend.
