The person checking us in was unfriendly and unhelpul. The lamp was broken. The bath tub dirty. The safe did not work. We were charged E33 for some tax. But this was not mentioned in our purchase. Surprise. On the last night another guest was given the key to our room. He opened our door. My wife and I were scared. He seemed to be drunk. The front desk was very blasé about it. When checking out no one was at the desk. The sign said back in 5 minutes. Waited 40 monutes. No one showed or answered the phone. We almost missed our flight. Unbelievablely bad service and lack of care for customer.
