I would like to express my concerns regarding my stay at your hotel on February 6, 2025. Below are the details of the issues I encountered:
I arrived at the hotel and checked in around 2:00 PM. The male receptionist, who was wearing a suit and appeared to be middle-aged, confirmed my booking and mentioned the payment for the deposit. However, I did not hear or confirm the type of bed, and I did not specify my preference. I intended to have a single bed, but I was given a room with a double bed instead. When I requested a change, the receptionist informed me that no rooms were available.
Additionally, the power outlet near the mirror was not working. When I opened the curtain, I could see the hallway, which made me feel a lack of privacy. The room also had poor soundproofing, as I could hear Chinese-speaking guests walking by and talking outside the room. I am very disappointed with my experience at your hotel, and I regret my decision to stay here. The stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope you will address the issues I have raised.
