Saw a lizard on my bed when I came back to my room. Screamed murder and called housekeeping for help. They sent a staff up to catch and changed my pillows but no action for bedsheets. Slept on the other side of bed Breakfast selection is good though

This is the first time I stayed in Siam Anantara. We picked this hotel because we had some good experiences of this brand. Location is great. The most poor is the sound insulation of the room. We stayed in 4/F, but the live band music really affected our rest time in the room.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and always wear smiles. A few times staying at this hotel. Value for money.

Read somewhere that anantara siam bkk had the best club lounge experience but as usual w high expectations come the eventual disappointment. Overall the stay was alright breakfast could have been better

Hotel is well located not too far from Central World. The personnel seems to be quickly overloaded, resulting to long wait to get serve.

I had quite an impressive experience at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. The service here is excellent; the staff are always friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. The hotel's facilities are very modern and well-maintained. My room was equipped with all the necessary amenities and was very comfortable. Regarding the dining, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was delicious, varied, and freshly prepared. I was very pleased with the diverse options and the quality of the food. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and amenities here and would not hesitate to return in the future.

We had a great time in Bangkok. Location of this hotel is fantastic - being close to the train and the biggest shopping area makes life so easy. I had a swim in the pool every night and it was pleasant. Besides, the breakfast at this hotel is the best.

Beautiful and traditionally styled hotel with wonderful staff and great bartenders who whip up good cocktails at The Lobby and Aqua bars. Though Southside and Pimm's Cup were not on the menu, they were made perfectly. The staff are dressed so smartly in ethnic attire, professional, warm and speak good English especially in the Executive Club Lounge. The cheerful squash professional in the health club played a rousing squash set with my husband during a complimentary Squash Clinic and we enjoyed the free yoga classes offered. A special mention goes to the breakfast crew who were in regal costumes for Songkran celebrations today. Also to the dapper Khun Bear who impressed with his service at Café Wolesley. The only gripe is that the carpet in the room is dirty looking and there was actually a chocolate stain on it when we checked into the room. I used some hand soap as stain remover and remained in bedroom slippers throughout my 6 day stay which solved the issue.
