Great stay, location wise was so central and easily accessible by BTS. Very clean and spacious too! However walls were really thin and you could hear neighbours walking past, or havin other room doors open and closed. Do not recommend light sleepers. Plus, the famous Factory Coffee is just a train track away!

Great hotel with super aesthetic decorations. It was rather quiet and staff were also very helpful. Loved that it was really near to the BTS and one of my favourite massage spots.

This hotel located in the best place for public transport traveller. You can reach Phaya Thai station direct from BKK airport and hotel is just within 5 mins walk from the station. It also located right opposite of famous coffee shop in Bangkok, this hotel always worth for the next stay.

Very convenient. Right in front of phaya thai airport link train station and BTS. Simple room setting with comfortable bed. Place very clean and well maintain but too bad no swimming pool Will definitely stay at this hotel again

The place is clean and well.  They allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could go out and come back to pick up before our flights.  Personally that’s a plus point.

Nice location: just next to Phaya Thai BTS ( exit 5) and can get airport train directly from there.  Good internal design. Bed is very comfortable. However poor soundproofing, if they could improve that will be perfect! They do prepare earplugs in the room.  I’m lucky because the next room quite like no guest.  One more was the bathtub, not clean properly, still contained hair and dirt inside! Hope the management be a bit careful about the cleanliness

Second time staying at this hotel. Conveniently located beside Phayathai BTS and airport rail. Hotel provided earplugs due to thin walls which was good enough. Staff was helpful and always with a smile. Love the rooms with bathtubs too!

Convenient as it is near Phaya Thai BTS. Not many amenities but if you're not staying there for the amenities. The bathroom is nice.

Very comfortable bed, nice big android tv, maybe 65" can turn on Youtube relax channel for a good night sleep

Very good location. Room is simple yet stylishly decorated. Bed is super comfy. However, the service mindset should be improved. We arrived at the hotel late evening and when we wanted to check in. There was issue with the booking due to communication between trip.com and the hotel. The hotel was not active in solving the booking issue at all and just only let us to communicate with trip.com. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours and our kid couldn't have an early rest despite very early departure the next day. Only until trip.com offered us solution to rebook, pay the hotel for new booking and will reimburse the new booking for us that we can proceed the checkin. At last, the booking issue turned out to be the hotel mistake. Though the hotel was responsible to refund our second booking but the initial response to booking issue could have been far better, and more customer centric.
