Ulasan Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, an IHG Hotel

It’s a new hotel, location is good. The staff here are very nice, friendly and helpful. Room is clean and all equipment are new. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again for my next visit.

I got a wonderful experience with Staybridge in the past four days as this is my birthday trip. All of hotel staff are very helpful, I got a problem with my room but they helped me to solve the problem and arranged a new room for me, I really appreciate it!! Breakfast was great and the restaurant Service really nice, I recommend it! The hotel got a onsen it’s really important for me to relax. The hotel also got some exercise class which is special. I can got something to do during the raining day. However, I would like to say have one things need to improve is about the shuttle service. It’s should increase more schedule as only got one time per hours from 5pm to 8pm. Closed after 8pm it’s too early to closed. I wish I could stay in this hotel again:)

A rather long walk from the nearest train station. Clean and quiet room

It is very perfectly experience for my this stay in this Hotel. Surprised before the Songkran Festival, they have special arrangements for the guest in 8/F rest lobby room to serve drink 🍷 and snacks. The Hotel have very good room and common areas for the guest, even inside the Hotel with family is very nice. The Hotel staffs is also very kind and well-trained with professional service

Very new and clean hotel with full facilities like swimming pool, gym and even an onsen free for all guests! This is a Japanese oriented hotel. During my stay the price is very affordable with free breakfast. There is a large lounge to chill and relax that serve coffee and biscuits. This hotel is also pet friendly! Highly recommended.

Nice and clean apartment hotel. With a Japanese supermarket in B1 floor offer variety of foods for people like me that doesn’t want to spend too much time in searching for restaurant. Equipments in the gym are well maintained. Wash/dry laundry machine is super helpful. Will definitely come back again.

I love this Japanese hotel. Ala-carte menu dishes at the origami restaurant is delicious. Breakfast variety is normal, nothing fanciful. Walkable to EMSPHERE. Hotel provide free shuttle to emporium mall. It’s a Japanese hotel so next door is a Japanese supermarket. No problem with dining. Outside the hotel opposite is 7-11. Easy accessible. Comfortable stay and room is great!

Overall very nice hotel despite a slight walk from bts station, overall satisfy with customer service, room is big and the bed is so comfortable, will definitely return to the hotel again.

Its a new hotel so cleanliness is top notch. The service standard in the hotel is excellent. Staff are always willing to help and respond to requests rather quickly. The only downside is the location, which is about 10 mins walk to Phrom Phong station. The water heater in the room i stayed was also difficult to adjust. Its either cold or too hot. Other than that, great stay here

We enjoy our stay in this neighborhood a lot. The property and hotel had good handling and management on its services and the atmosphere to the guests, and the experience is quite warm and comfortable. Specifically thanks to the front office team which gave good advices and arrangement for our daily transportation. The only thing we wish while we stay is to get more direct sunlight at the pool so we can enjoy the sunbathing longer. After all, we will definitely come back again.
