Ulasan Jiezhi Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Sign Store)

Nice hotel which is in a great location for the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the gate. The hotel is also in a good location for the shops, restaurants and massage places in Wulingyuan. Room wasn't spotless and decor is a bit dated but it was clean overall. Beds were comfy. We were able to leave our suitcases with them after checking out.

Good, it's just next to the bus station and comfortable location in general. Breakfast isn't various but nice.good price for a short stay in the center of tourism

The hotel is located right next to the bus station. It's a 15-minute walk to the park's east gate. There are many cafes and minimarkets nearby. A large supermarket is located along the river on the side opposite the park. It's also a 10-12 minute walk to get there. There are also many inexpensive cafes in this part of the city. The room matched the booking. I didn't like that the windows face a busy street; I had to sleep with the windows closed. They could also provide tea bags for guests, not just water and a kettle. The breakfast is weak; there's practically nothing for Europeans to eat. For drinks, there's only water from a cooler, milk, or instant coffee. There are no fruits. This disappointed me. I have previously stayed in hotels of the same price category, and the breakfasts were much better. If breakfast is important to you, it makes sense to consider a different hotel. On the plus side: the reception provides a convenient map of the park.

Lovely hotel for the family. We had the room with 2 king beds on two floors for a 3 day visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest. It is conveniently located only 13 minutes walk to the East Gate of the park. The buffet breakfast is also every nice and provides enough energy for a long day of hiking. There are many nice reasonable priced restaurants and fruit stands near the hotel for supper and evening snacks. Finally, the bus station with shuttles to down town Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain is only a few steps away from the hotel. So overall very convenient.

Fantastic stay! The guesthouse is cozy and impeccably clean, boasting a unique decor style and offering all the comforts of home. The room was spacious, very clean, and it's pet-friendly. Downstairs is Li Hanhan Sanxiaguo, which is very convenient. It's also located right next to the bus station, making travel to any destination incredibly easy. The breakfast was also excellent.

Hotel located just 10 walking distance from the Est gate of the park. Very good breakfast, big room. We even could do our self laundry. Lot of shops and restaurants downstairs.

The hotel was cold. Our room smelled like someone had smoked there. Obviously all rooms are smoking. The breakfast was limited, no fresh vegetables. Mainly noodles, rice, bao buns etc.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was just alright (very dark and the shower had low pressure). However the laundry room was very dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful setting up an itinerary in Zhangjiajie. The location is not great for tourists, it's far from most entrances of the parks. You need to take the bus which thankfully is right outside the hotel.

Nice hotel in Wulingyuan, next to the bus station, which it’s an extra bonus. The reception team were helpful and accommodating. You get a map on arrival of the park and they’re happy to help if required. I marked it down a bit because, although the room is spacious and comfortable, it needs a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness. Also, the room has a huge bath tub but sadly there was not water supplied to it, a bit disappointing when you’ve been walking around the park and you wanted a relaxing bath. Chinese style breakfast was good and plentiful, ask the kitchen for a soup noddles and they’d be happy to make it for you. If you decide to go to Zhangjiajie, you must stay in Wulingyuan, the park west entrance is at 15minutes walk from the hotel. Other natural attractions nearby are the Grand Canyon and the Caves. Just take the bus from the bus station next door, they were also really helpful the whole time I needed help!

We stayed one night because we wanted to see the Park. The location is close to the gate. The room had what you need for one night but it is a little old. They helped us a lot to schedule our second visit to the park and although we didn't speak the language we communicated via application!

Had a very sizeable room for the cost and it wasn't too bad to walk to the park. The only downside to our stay was the neighbors who had loud dogs (the hotel does allows pets).

I want to be harsh about the decor of the rooms because frankly they are pretty tired looking. The staff were lovely. Location excellent,but breakfast was limited to local food not really catering outside travellers. All in all I would not return because I’m a bit fussy. Otherwise if your content with full decor. Great place!

This is one of the best three diamonds hotel I have stayed for the past few months traveling across China.  Clean room, separated shower enclosure from the toilet.  Breakfast is also better than most hotels with the same rating.
