Ulasan Aspira One Sutthisan

overall we had a pleasant stay here in Aspira One Sutthisan. we received a complimentary room upgrade too, which was really appreciated! the bathroom is really really spacious as well! cleaning is done daily with fresh towels and sheets changed but the floors were quite dirty and sticky… i have to keep washing my feet and was shocked at how black it was. there was also sewer/sewage smell coming from the toilet on some nights.. also, the receptionist did not understand English very well. on one of the days, i requested a change of sheets at 9am and was told that housekeeping will come to my room at 10.30am. in the end, sheets were only changed around 2pm during the usual housekeeping time. despite their shortcomings, all of us enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay here whenever we’re on business trips.

Location is just next to the BTS. Very convenient. 2 7-11 is just 2 mins away from the hotel Area is not very noisy. Hotel even very near to huai Kwang market.

The customer service isn’t good. Some of the staff are not friendly.

The key advantage of this hotel is the location. It's mins away from the MRT station and there is a 7-11 nearby too. The room is clean and spacious.

Everything in this hotel is on point for me, especially its location and cozy room. The only weakness is its unstable/ on-and-off wifi connection in the rooms. I wouldn’t choose this hotel if I’m going on a business trip.

The front desk is friendly. Breakfast food can be improved further. Price is acceptable for a 3 star hotel in Bangkok city

hotel in a good location, everything ok, just that furniture may be a little bit old. Parking spaces limited.

The location is good as it is just next to the MRT station. Also, there are a lot of food places to grab different types of food.
