Such a pleasant stay with my family. The receptionist arranged a shuttle service from YIA to the airport. Room is clean great size. Breakfast spread is amazing too. There’s also spa available in the hotel itself.

Super convenient hotel near the airport. Clean and new facilities, with free shuttle to the airport just 5 minutes from the hotel.

It was the end of stay in Yogyakarta so we decided to stay a night before we catch the plane back home.

book 2 rooms for my cousin & my brother, they have nice day during stay. nice view from their rooftop restaurant.

Super nice place to stay to catch a early flight. Friendly people and super clean and new room! Highly recommended.if you are planning to come to just take a short trip, its really nice to stay here as well.

Bad transfer service to the airport .

We book the hotel with breakfast because we should have time to catch the shuttle to the airport at 6.30AM. But the hotel is only provided the shuttle every 60min, for location which is only 5min away from the airport. The breakfast is opened at 6.00AM, so we can't have the breakfast, we asked to the front desk officer and also the duty manager to get the shuttle at 6.30AM, they said no, without trying to understand our reason, so we missed the breakfast, we reduce our sleep time by 30min, and the reason why we need to stay in the hotel near the airport was useless, because we still need to come 30min earlier because of the shuttle which happened every 60min. And crazily at 6.00AM this morning, It is only me and my wife on the shuttle. So they can easily change the departure of the shuttle time without effecting other. So don't stay at these hotel if you want have a relax morning before your flight from YIA, This morning, I am departing YIA with angry modes. The Hotel has zero plastic campaign, it means, these hotel does not provide you with Toothbrush, etc which all the 4 stars hotel has. AT 5AM, I am looking for that toothbrush and what i got is an upset with Novotel. Service is terrible and facilities is also terrible. I am frequent travelers from YIA Airport, So these morning is really annoying experiences with Novotel YIA.

Hi Good day to Novotel Hotel staffs. I'm here writing a review of my good and pleasant stay under the name of Samsudin Bin Samat of room 8801 dated 1st Dec 2023. Before my stayed there I had called up said hotel and spoke to one of your staff named Ms Kindra and my queries was met up well with the help of said staff Ms Kindra. Upon my arrival in Novotel itself was welcomed with a helpful concierge/bellboy plum looking with all my luggages with his smiles. At the reception counter when doing my check into 2 rooms of 8801 & 8807 was assisted by one of the receptionist and to my surprise looking at her name tag named Kindra. She welcomed us too with smile and guided us through the process. At one point she even tap up for me into the elevator up in spite of her doing her work. Wonderful new hotel , near to airport, good for early flight traveller. Booked grap to airport at 34,000 rupiah.
