Ulasan Arnoma Hotel Bangkok

Older style. Very convenient location. Has rack for suitcase and closet space. But no iron, if any clothes need ironing (but for the price, I didn't expect it). Wifi was ok.

Bathroom difficulties to take a bath , if have old hotel not recommended to stay here!

Very convenient location with just 3mins walking distance to central world

Service good, locations is excellent and cleaning is acceptable.

I will bring my friends they all come back to Thailand Bangkok trip again. I come here for a four face Buddha with my friend.

Hotel is near to many f&b and shopping. Opposite central World and next to Big C. The hotel’s furnishing is a bit dated need a renovation soon. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to Platinum mall, Big C and Centralworld. Hotel is quite old and there is no provision of basic toiletries like toothbrush and the furniture is quite old.

The hotel location was great. Is between Siam and Chit lom BTS. Is just next to the super big Big C supermarket, so convenient. Many nice foods and massage parlours around the area. The vintage style room was spacious.

I really hate to write this review as Arnoma has been our hotel of choice for the past 5 years. However, this time it was so terrible that we wanted to move out immediately (we couldn’t as there was no other suitable available hotel that night). We arrived slightly earlier and the lobby staff very kindly let us check in early. We went into the lift and arrived at our room level where the stench of stale carpet/urine greeted us; we looked past this. We went into our room, which had the same smell, but because we’ve been here so many times, we looked past it all and dumped our bags and went out for the day. When we got back that night, we were putting our shopping away and suddenly a cockroach crawled out onto the TV console. We managed to kill it. Over the course of the night, we proceeded to find several other more roaches and random bits of hair and rubbish from previous occupants. We were really trying to give Arnoma a chance, but i decided that this is really not the place i wanted to spend my birthday trip at and made plans to move immediately. Check out was still relatively seamless, in the sense that the staff didn’t really bother. We just gave them the keycard, said that our plans have changed, and they said goodbye to us. In terms of location, Arnoma is really situated well! However, the hotel has really seen better days. We hope it will have a chance to renovate and do better for themselves in future! On our part, it will most likely be the last time we stay here. Trip.com did make the entire process much smoother for us, and we really appreciate their Customer Service team for handling our concerns.

Good Location Affordable Price Convenient to Central Bangkok Comfortable

First and foremost, the location is great. 3rd time staying here. The service staff never disappoints. Though the hotel is a little old, the housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The location is nice, breakfast also normal. The humidity,facilities,and the smell might let me choose another much more comfortable room for my children.

excellent stay with spacious room. all shower amenities are included. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of dishes.

Normally, I don't like to comment too much or write any reviews. But for these hotels, I'll need to say what I have seen. The first day when I check-in the hotel room, there were 2 big cookroach in the room, the baggage staff helped me to catch. And secondly, the toilet and bed has bugs and some inserts. I would say, it's not my luck . The location is excellent. Service of the staffs at the doorbell was excellent.
