The room is clean, the breakfast is good, the poor is nice, good to stay.

雖然離着車站有點遠，但酒店性價比很高，周邊吃飯、超市購物很方便。提供的早餐雖然品種不是很多，但是口味都很不錯。

Beautiful immaculate hotel with friendly staff. Good location with restaurants and stores nearby. The room was large and spotless. They offered coffee and tea in the lobby and in the morning had a nice breakfast. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is nice and new. Very clean and comfortable. All furniture clean and comfortable. Hotel has easy access to the freeway. Lots of restaurants close by the Hotel. Only negative is there is alot of outside noise from businesses close to hotel. You can hear everything. Very loud.

The room was comfortable, staff very friendly and the breakfast selection was above average. My only complain windows of the room (#414) is practically an interior room facing a wall so had no daylight other than the sky above. This was the architect's poor design as they should have placed the elevators in this section of the building. By looking at the fire plan posted on the door, I think only the #14 line is effected by this. Hopefully our rate was reflective.

We come up to Fairfield to be in a good place to catch the start of autumn and to enjoy the leaves changing color. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was excellent and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the hotel was located near several restaurants and food stores. The complimentary breakfast was also good and appreciated. We were able to drive into Boston and also goto on several hikes in the area. We had a great time and definitely would return.

I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. This is a standard Fairfield Inn (I've stayed in many) and had it not been for a lack of acknowledging my Platinum loyalty status I probably would rate it 4 stars at best. I checked in on a VERY quiet late Sunday afternoon and was surprised that my app didn't list a room upgrade in advance (it always has at other Marriott properties I've stayed in.) when I inquired about a suite upgrade I was told there were none available despite there being SEVERAL available on the app to reserve for that same night. (lack of housekeeping was the excuse...really??! ) I did use a reward night for this particular reservation but according to Marriott's policy that shouldn't matter. To add more insult to injury, I got a room with a view of an ugly rooftop. My consolation prize was a tiny bottle of purified water and a small bag of chips, an afterthought as I was heading toward the elevator after check in. I stay at Marriott properties because as a Platinum Elite member I get perks for my loyalty and room upgrades 95% of the time even at high end properties like the Newport Marriott and Albany Renaissance. I feel like I wasted my rewards night as I could have chosen among other hotels and enjoyed an upgrade.

We had a lovely stay. Property is very clean and feels new. Jasmine at the front desk is lovely and super helpful. Breakfast was well laid out with nice choices. Coffee all day. Gym was clean and I appreciated that they don’t have music playing. All in all, an excellent stay.

With cabin fever mixed in the air, we decided to do a quick getaway to the Fairfield. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm voice and smile from the front desk. The smell was amazing too! They mentioned there was a lot of hockey in the house, so they put us on a higher floor to get away from the kids. We do know this is a popular area for hockey and it was nice of them to consider our needs. We had the breakfast and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Many areas to walk to as well for lunch and dinner

This is the worst hotel you will ever stay at. Loud music blaring that you can hear in your room and screaming children running through the hall at 10 pm. I have called the front desk 3 times and they have done nothing. Do not stay here. Plenty of other hotels in the area. Save yourself the frustration. Front desk and management do not care.

Hotel is ideally located near shops and restaurants. It's new and clean. Above all though the management and staff of this hotel are outstanding. Ms. Wilson, the front office manager went way above the call of duty to help me and my family with our room requirements last month. Will stay here again and again when in the area.

We are traveling for vacation and stopped at a competing hotel on our way up. Hated everything about it. I made a reservation at Fairfield for our trip back as we were driving out of town! They nailed it, beginning with checkin. We were offered water and cookies. I asked if they happened to have hot water for tea, and the employee pointed out the coffee station for later but stopped what he was doing and went and brought me hot water as he knew the station often runs out of that. Definitely above and beyond. Hotel was clean, pleasantly decorated, beds were comfy, pool was nice, breakfast area was big enough not to feel crowded. Staff was very friendly. Easy walking distance to many dining options. We had a room on the side that backed up to woodland so even a lovely view out the window. We joked that even the hallways seemed extra padded/springy to absorb noise etc (no idea if that was the case or if it’s just really good padding lol) Well done. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
