Nice place good service but a little bit old They should make upgrade for the shower in the toilet and maybe change the furniture

A functional but abit tired looking hotel. Location is good, staff are professional. Bed is comfy n clean. But the carpets n furniture are way past n needs a refresh. For the price, it's decent.

I have been there with my boyfriend and everything was great. The best part of this hotel is its location as it’s close to the 21 terminal mall and BTS station. The only thing that we found inconvenient is that there were no small toilet shower for some reason We lived on the 15th floor and that was our view

Stayed for 3 nights in May. Booked and stayed in Deluxe room at the non smoking 12th floor. I had a twin room with wooden floor and a view to the Carlton hotel which was nice. The room is big and clean, nice air conditioning. The problems I encountered was that the check in lady offered me a free upgrade to the top floor, but upon asking, I found out renovations happening during the time and expect loud in daytime. As I declined her upgrade offer, the check in lady made me wait sometime until I got my room. Another problem was the outdoor swimming pool, water was unclear and when I swam, I got caught by a net of hairs, so I dare not swim there again. If u are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the Carlton hotel as the sound of sky train can be heard in the morning.

We always enjoy staying at the Rembrandt Hotel whenever we come to Bangkok. The rooms are always comfortable and the Breakfast is very good.

I was very lucky to get a floor upgrade. The view is stunning.

Massive Hotel, in the middle of Sukumvit area, the pool area is huge with the bar and restaurant next to it. Elevators are a bit slow.

It’s a kind of old building but The location is perfect for tourists!

My feeling with this hotel was mixed. The positives : 1. Reception and service staff are all polite, friendly and accmodative. 2. Compare to my last stay in June 24, water quality of the pool has been improved, though I still see people wearing shoes, cap and jean into the water. 3. The Tuk Tuk shuttle has frequent shifts which helped a lot when going out under the hot sun. The negatives: 1. Room's cleanliness needs improvement - quite a lot of dust on the floor, and the toilet drainage is smelly. 2. Smart TV in the room was at fault and unable to connect to YouTube and Netflix, etc. It took three technicians and two visits to the room to fix. 3. One morning when I was in deep sleep at 6.30am, the door bell rang and woke me up. A bellboy said he comes to collect luggages which I never requested. At 8.00am same day, door bell rang and woke me up again. This time I found a maid waiting to clean my room for next guest. This really piss me off!

2nd time staying with this hotel. Good location, breakfast and service. Though it is a relatively old hotel, it is well maintained.

Close to two large shopping malls and MRT lines, the room's interior is relatively outdated, but the service is good.

The staff were really polite and very helpful. The room was clean if not a little dated. Really nice smell in the hallways. Gym contained a good range of equipment. Would definitely stay again.
