The staff at this hotel are very friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, about a 15-minute walk from the Asoke station, but you can take a free tuk-tuk to the main road. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Asoke station. The room was very clean, had a washer/dryer, and was well-equipped with amenities like detergent. I would definitely stay here again. It was a fun trip. Thank you!:-)

everything was very good. only downside was breakfast. you have 2 options. you can have breakfast in the little cafe. good selection of a la cart breakfast. but the other option is a disaster. very bad selection and nearly all constantly empty. but overall stay was very good. 9 out of 10 Special thank to T.Mink from reception, who sorted out my booking mistake without any hassle.

The room was spacious and had a great view. For safety, the small balcony was locked, but you could sign a waiver to open it. There are two buildings, A and B, with the pool and gym located in building A, which is convenient. I'd definitely come back again.

Overall experience was great. Love that there’s a convenience store alright at the hotel. Cafe breakfast was better than buffet breakfast. Facilities was very great, huge gym and a large swimming pool that gives the perfect sunset view. It was lovely that the receptionist gave me a free upgrade and allow early check in.

The location is very central, and 7-Eleven provides a shuttle service. We also used the swimming pool and sauna, and everything was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable, and we were very satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the complimentary bottled water in the room tasted salty, so I recommend buying water from the nearby 7-Eleven or Lawson instead.

The front desk upgraded us to a spacious suite, which was very clean. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a 7-Eleven across the street. The hotel is located on a small street, so public transportation isn't very convenient; it's a bit of a walk to the subway, and getting a taxi can take 15 minutes or more. As other reviews mentioned, there was a musty smell in the room that didn't go away even with the windows open all day. But the biggest issue for us was that the air conditioning blew directly onto the head of the bed, making it impossible to sleep. If that's something that bothers you, I strongly advise you to consider other options!

Booking was a breeze, and check-in was very efficient, though a deposit was required. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all necessary amenities. The gym was particularly impressive – very large with a wide array of professional equipment, including a ping-pong table (sadly, my girlfriend beat me several times!). The breakfast, in partnership with The Breakfast Club, was excellent. The hotel's views were also a highlight. However, there were a few downsides. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the hallway on our floor was boarded up. One elevator was out of service due to the construction. The location itself isn't ideal, and the soundproofing could be better; even on the top floor, we could clearly hear constant traffic noise throughout the day. Overall, it was a good stay with great value for money. I'd recommend this hotel if you plan to primarily use taxis for transportation, as the surrounding area isn't very walkable – there's a lack of clear sidewalks and the road outside is quite busy.

Building B of the hotel where we stayed. The view was great and we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the park. There were some problems with the indoor environment. A particular problem was that the door between the toilet and bathroom and the bedroom had a very high opening rate, resulting in severe sound leakage.

stay here for 3 nights, room is spacious as everthing are good and in order, location very near to BTS and Terminal 21 Mall and also hotel nearby have 24 hours supermarket which is fantastic, will come back again

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all basic amenities like a washing machine, oven, fridge, and other cutlery. I would like to give full marks for the cleanliness of the room. All the staff, including the restaurant staff, were very pleasant and cooperative. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The lakeview room we stayed in was clean, spacious and had amazing views of Benjakitti park. The hotel has great facilities such as a gym and large pool, and it’s also connected to a cafe and convenience store. Then free shuttle to the bottom of the street is super helpful too. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay and will return again in the future. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby BTS and MRT stations, which made traveling around the city so easy. Facilities are excellent as well — the 24-hour gym and swimming pool are perfect for both fitness and relaxation. The biggest surprise was the thoughtful birthday cake and card prepared by the hotel, which truly touched me. Overall, Shama stands out in both service and environment, and it’s definitely my top choice of hotel in Bangkok!
