We stayed in a triple room on 29th floor for 6 nights. Breakfast, rooftop pool, location & staff were awesome. Our entire stay in Bangkok was great. I will definitely come to the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn again!!

Location directly linked to surasak bts, super convenient especially for elderlies and children. Breakfast is amazing, wide variety including local, western, Chinese and even Japanese. View is nice can see the sky scrapers and room is quiet. Bed is wide and comfy with option for different pillow firmness. They have the app that makes communication with hotel a breeze. Service staff is amazing too, very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with a superb pool. Breakfast was excellent Rooms were comfortable but a small tv with poor selection of watchable movie channels. The service staff at the pool side were rather arrogant and not very attentive

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary welcome drink. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I can't wait to return!

Overall a good experience - friendly and helpful staff. Efficient checking in/out; breakfast was good too; they have airport taxi at a reasonable price; in-room diner was good too. However, for my floor - the smell of new paint (or something else) was quite strong; and the ventilation of my room was not as good - and there’s a slight damp smell.

Excellent location. Right next to BTS with Direct bridge to the station. Very good value hotel for it's quality.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is very nice, great service, decent sized rooms and a powerful hot shower. Bed was massive but very firm. The rooftop pool is great to stay out of Bangkok’s midday heat. No sauna/steam room or jacuzzi though. Location is only 4/5 as it’s in the business district - it takes ages for a taxi to get there/back due to the business district traffic, but it does have direct access to the BTS which is a huge plus. Breakfast was huge with plenty of western and Asian options - as usual great service all round from reception, restaurants, pool, bar - everywhere, the staff are attentive and always willing to help.
