Beautiful hotel with a superb pool. Breakfast was excellent Rooms were comfortable but a small tv with poor selection of watchable movie channels. The service staff at the pool side were rather arrogant and not very attentive

Overall a good experience - friendly and helpful staff. Efficient checking in/out; breakfast was good too; they have airport taxi at a reasonable price; in-room diner was good too. However, for my floor - the smell of new paint (or something else) was quite strong; and the ventilation of my room was not as good - and there’s a slight damp smell.

Excellent location. Right next to BTS with Direct bridge to the station. Very good value hotel for it's quality.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is very nice, great service, decent sized rooms and a powerful hot shower. Bed was massive but very firm. The rooftop pool is great to stay out of Bangkok’s midday heat. No sauna/steam room or jacuzzi though. Location is only 4/5 as it’s in the business district - it takes ages for a taxi to get there/back due to the business district traffic, but it does have direct access to the BTS which is a huge plus. Breakfast was huge with plenty of western and Asian options - as usual great service all round from reception, restaurants, pool, bar - everywhere, the staff are attentive and always willing to help.

The rooms were standard and the breakfast was good, however the pool and view from this area were great. The staff were very kind and friendly and we loved spending time here late afternoon till evening!

Very good hotel located in the central district area linked with the BTS. I love the convenience of the location especially in the July raining season. The traffic is pretty bad if take car but BTS take you to the destination without the delay. I also enjoy the complementary buffet style breakfast, huge variety of food to choose from include the local Thai cruising.

First time at Eastin Grand Hotel. Very good service. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Room is clean. Not as new as its sister hotel at Phayathai. Need to walk a bit for the BTS but is still within walking distance.

I got free upgrade to higher floor and got nice view to see sunrise in the morning. The breakfast food are the same everyday and is nice. Swimming pool is infinite type, have great view to see around from 14floors. Overall experience was awesome.

The room was clean, breakfast was OK. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Best of all the hotel is attached to Surasak BTS so it was easier to move around in Bangkok as the traffic jam was bad. Would definitely choose this hotel again next time visiting Bangkok.
