Ulasan Riva Surya Bangkok

This was our second time staying at the Riva Surya, and we were still impressed with the service and attention from the staff. From check in to check out the staff were fantastic especially traveling with my elderly parents they could do enough to help. The Hotel location is great and is very close to many restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to Khao San Road and many market type stalls and shops. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant which provided many different options including Gluten Free bread. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and we had a great view from our balcony overlooking the Chao Praya River. During our stay the Pool was under maintenance, but the Hotel was kind enough to compensate us with a 10% discount voucher along with ฿1,000 off any food purchases per day from the Restaurant. Will definitely be back for our 3rd stay at the Riva Surya and the staff need to be commended on their quality and detail to service.

I recently stayed at Riva Surya Bangkok and had a pleasant experience. The standout feature was the stunning window view facing the Chao Phraya River, which made for a relaxing and picturesque stay. Although the location is not near any subway stations, it is easily accessible by Grab or taxi, both of which are reasonably priced. Additionally, the river boat terminal is just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the city via the ferry. The staff at Riva Surya Bangkok were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Ordering Grab food was also very convenient, with a wide variety of options available at affordable prices, including delivery charges. While the hotel is on the pricier side, the combination of its riverside location, excellent service, and convenience makes it a worthwhile choice for those looking to enjoy a comfortable stay in Bangkok.

A very pleasant stay in Riva Surya, very good service and very nice breakfast. A very strategic location near to Khaosan road, National Museum and Imperial Palace.

Location is far from the city center. Takes about 30 mins by grab to central area. Hotel room is very clean and spacious with a great view of Chao Phraya River. Breakfast is not recommended for the price you pay. It would be good to have breakfast outside the hotel. Hotel is perfect if you just want to be away from the hustle and hustle of city life.

Quintessential hotel, feeling of a resort in a city. But location is really dire, unless you don't mind the hustling and partying of KhaoSan and the wats along the river, this hotel is not the right place for you. Excellent service. But I made the wrong room reservation thinking urban was river facing and was quoted 3000bhat more river facing room which would be S$300 for a river facing room which is kinda ridiculous, for any hotels in Bangkok, a S$200 room would get you a 5* hotel smack right at the city center.

Great boutique-feel hotel in wonderful location on the river and by the government and royal quarter.

I really have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and staff. They went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, comfy medium firmness bed, great water pressure, super clean. The location is near Khoasan Road but far enough where you don't get any of the craziness from that street. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Palace. Overall, I loved it!

So friendly! Mint and Nom treated us like family. Very convenient to many major Bangkok sites. Great fun to on the river, easy to get boats for commuting to sites of interest. Good American and Thai breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!

Everything in the hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful. We had a fabulous stay. My only recommendation is that the cost of tours should be lowered in future.

Nice room and good location facing the river. Bed was a bit too soft for me otherwise it was good. Front office staff was friendly and the service was excellent.
