I'm so satisfied with this hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the location is strategic (near minimarket and food court), and the best part is there is a small stall which sells kinda bbq across the hotel, it tastes super good and quite cheap. Very recommended and will be back to stay at this hotel when I visit Bangkok next time.

We stayed here in January 2023. Check in was hassle free. The hotel itself is located on a quiet lane in a busy area. I was looking to do some shopping and in terms of location this was unbeatable as it’s about a km from Platinum mall and not too far from several others. The size of the room was as advertised and satisfactory for the tariff offered. What wasn’t great was the super noisy A/C which would come on and go off sporadically and blew cold air directly at our heads so we got no sleep at all the one night we stayed here. Toiletries were also subpar and there was only one plug point by the bed which was a bit inconvenient if there’s more than one person in the room and there’s a few devices that need charging. The Wifi also kept dropping out in the room, Probably wouldn’t return or recommend.

The hotel is soarkling clean in all areas and the staff very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed the modern industrial design and the layout with work space (electronic sockets, strong wifi) and the kitchen/eating area (with free nescafé, Asian noodle packs/toast). The pool is cute, yet tiny and behind a wall separating it from a busy street. The room offered a comfy bed, fridge, aircon, haidryer, kettle, free water/nescafé and powerful shower. The location 2min from the direct BTS connection to Suvarnabhumi airport is a bonus! The only thing being unpractical was the bathroom door which should be a sliding door— you have to wiggle around the door to get to the toilet

Stayed for a total of 5 nights here. 3 nights in the deluxe studio (which had a smell in the toilet) but we weren’t in the room much so that was okay. We did not travel with much luggage so we were still able to navigate comfortably in the deluxe studio. 2 nights in the suites room which we loved! Very very spacious and we loved the dual sink. Do note that this room was located behind the reception on the first level. One thing we found weird about was the standing shower door leading out to the open air area but the lock was on the outside instead of inside. When we enquired if we could lock the door, we were informed that it was not possible and did not feel very safe as the area between 2 rooms were just separated by a bamboo divider surrounded by plants. The highlight however was meeting Amnol who was very helpful and assisted us with our luggages when we first arrived. When we were supposed to change rooms on the 4th day, he took the initiative to inform us that we could already shift to the new room before we went out for the afternoon. When we first enquired about it at receptiok on the day we arrived L, we were told to check out of our current room at 12noon first and could only move in to the new room at 2pm. They do have a small pantry area with free flow snacks (biscuits/coffee/tea/toast) from 6am-2pm which was a cute touch.

Excellent experience here! Everything was tiptop, loved the spacious & comfy rooms, except the soundproofing especially during weekends - the guests could get loud. The breakfast had a lot of hot food items, changed everyday but only 1 type of white bread & no yogurt. Salads, fruits & dessert were great! Location was a bit further away from Pratunam market & the lane was very dark at night. but still walkable. It was fine for us as we preferred the quieter area & we used the free buggy to/back from the nearby drop off points - excellent service provided by the hotel! Our twin room has a nice view of Baiyoke Sky too! Overall, if the price is right, absolutely recommend this hotel!

Hotel is Very strict when it comes to cleanliness of there linens which is good. However. If you accidentally stained the linens, they will not refund your security deposit of 1000 baht. :( Breakfast is a bit annoying since everyday they serve same menu & halal. We dont eat halal that’s why for 3 days of our stay in Spenza, we only ate omelet & bread 😅.. the noise of the Tuktok is also annoying since you will really hear the noise from the street. Also, there were ants & small cockcroach near the telephone too. 🙃

Location was perfect. Walking distance from major shopping areas in pratanum (pratunam night market, platinum shopping mall, central world, big c). Accessible train station: 8min walking distance from Ratchaprarop Station and 12min walking distance to Phaya Thai BTS station. Front desk was very welcoming. Greeting with the warmest smile and has good english. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Concierge was very helpful. Concierge went the extra mile and helped me speak to the Bolt driver when the pinning of the area for pick up was inaccurate (there was a minor problem with gps coordinates during that time).

This is the second time that we stay at Park Plaza Sukhumvit. We especially like the corner rooms because they are spacious and have nice views. The beds are very comfortable. The rooftop pool is a nice way to relax after spending the day in Bangkok. The location is excellent because Asok station is within walking distance.

The hotel is located at Soi Petchburi 19. I went there around 1 year ago. I got a promotion from agoda which made the price affordable. The staff was really friendly. She recommended a place to hang out around the hotel and took care of me very well. No need to be worried to go there solo because there are many people around this place due to its location which is near Platinum and the market. However, Covid-19 situation makes me not sure if it still has many people around there or not.

The staff here were excellent. The rooms were tidy and new with comfy beds and large smart TV. Bottled waters in room were refreshed daily by housekeeping. 7/11 within 2 minute walk right around the corner. Wifi speeds were good. Cafe Arun located in the hotel was a nice touch as well, food and coffee was delicious and affordable. Tons of options for local/thai food very close and even live entertainment/bars nearby. A bit far from Udom Suk train for walking but easy for a grab ride.Would stay here again.
