Room was infested with BED BUGS!!! I went to clinic after 1 week and confirmed it. Spent ＄200+ for medicine and paid to professionally launder clothes at own expense. After I told hotel, they moved me to a new clean room. NEXT MORNING MANAGER CALLED ROOM AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE HOTEL AND THEY HAD CANCELLED MY BOOKING!!!!! No refund, no compensation, no explanation offered. They told me to leave hotel next day without so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience”. I had to even argue to get a late checkout (to 2pm) in order to pack my bags and find a new hotel to stay. They wanted me out in 2 hours no notice beforehand. They even still charged me for the hotel laundry service, which I used to wash my bed bug infested clothes, so not to “infect” the new room (which next day they kicked me out of). ****** So yeah, room had bed bugs, and when i asked to inform manager, they kicked me out of hotel (that I already paid for) next morning … no refund, no compensation, not even a sorry ******

Hotel has almost all the needs for modern tourists and guests. There’s a kitchen, nice roof area and comfortable beds. Not all toilet showers have hot or warm water. Only on floor 3, the toilet has warm and hot water.

To whom it’s looking for a temporary stay or long stay this place is also nice. Super comfortable and worthy. It’s close to the BTS Nana (just 550 meter to the BTS), there are many nightclub/ bar for relax also you can find the restaurant or attractive places around here. Can’t wait !!! come to be my room mate. :)

The reception warm welcome me even there was a miscommunication, the first check in date have to be cancel because I check out in the morning just bore the typical check out time. The services are good, but the bathrooms should be cleaner. Thanks.
