The hotel is in a great location in Silom, with easy access to the bars and restaurants in the area. It’s reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is well designed, though not much of a view. It’s unfortunate it doesn’t have a bar with a view.

This must be the best stay in Bangkok! The room was spacious and the view simply spectacular! Feel like you are sleeping in mid air with all the skyscrapers surrounding you. Service was excellent and the complimentary pass to the night view at the sky beach a mesmerising experience…you should see once in your lifetime!

Ascott Sathorn is in a wonderful location, so convenient with skyrail outside the door but this comes with it’s negatives, the hotel is SO noisy throughout the night, I sleep with white noise and the constant rumble, music and sirens weren’t masked by the white noise, for me this is such a downside and for that reason I wouldn’t return back to this hotel… I did ask for a quiet room and I wouldn’t consider this quiet but maybe it is compared to rooms on a lower floor! Pool and breakfast opening times are really good, we liked how early we could go for a swim! (Or eat)!!! Service was generally okay, check in was slow and I was pushed into signing up for some rewards despite mentioning my husband already had an account, and was told we’d receive two drinks but never did… Apart from that everything was great!

Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, bilik bersih tetapi agak kecil. Tempat tidurnya sendiri 5 kaki, tetapi bantal dan tilamnya bagus, tidak sakit belakang, jadi tidur lena. Dinding bilik sangat kaku. Bunyi bilik sebelah ketawa terbahak-bahak untuk didengar pada tengah malam. Sarapan untuk membuat pesanan semasa daftar masuk dan beritahu masa untuk turun untuk menjemput. Sangat mudah untuk memesan tanpa had sama sekali. Anda boleh mengambil sebiji selasih sebanyak yang anda mahukan. Sangat baik. Berbanding dengan harganya, ia sangat berbaloi.

I loved every bit of this piece of heaven. The location is right in the heart of Bangkok, a short ride away from the park, the mall, the public transport, and so forth. The rooms are so comfortable and layout well planned that I would live there if I could. My favorites were the bathroom, where the shower and tub were sectioned off in one room. It reminds me of the Japanese style bathrooms. I also loved the dressing table that was spacious and luxurious. Of course the comfortable beds were also a big delight. Hospitality was as amazing as gracious and generous as expected too. Many thanks! And I’ll be back again soon!

Hotel pratique, puisque très proche de l'ambassade de France. J'avais rendez vous pour le renouvellement de mon passeport. Le personnel de l'établissement est bienveillant et très agréable. La chambre est très belle, et très propre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement d'excellente qualité. Bien que proche de l'ambassade de France, il est situé dans le quartier des joailliers de Bangkok avec très peu de restaurants autour, ce qui est dommage pour le soir.

Attended a wedding in Bangkok and stayed at Naga Residence. I had contacted them about transport to the wedding venue which was an hour’s drive away. They promptly arranged a taxi for us with fare quotation within the hour. We arrived into the hotel around 9pm and the reception was open and waiting for us. We booked a deluxe room which comes with a mini kitchenette and microwave. The room is very clean and honestly, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I sank into deep slumber as soon as my head touched the pillow. Toiletries are provided and the bathroom is very clean. I felt the water heater in the shower could have been a tad hotter but we could still take a nice shower. Housekeeping responds to requests almost immediately. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and doesn’t have room service or a restaurant but there are plenty of food available outside the hotel. The 7-11 around the corner provided all our breakfast and snack supplies. There are a couple of malls within walking distance and the most delicious Thai iced tea a couple of shops down the road from Naga. Thai hospitality is world renowned and I have to say I was impressed.

This hostel is perfectly situated In the silom area, near to the bts, metro and river so is easy to get around bangkok. It is also close to many shops, bars, clubs and markets but away from any outside noise. Warm window has a warm, friendly atmosphere and on the ground floor, has a cafe perfect for chilling and food is available 24 hours. On the first floor there is another chill out area with beanbags, tv and computer with WiFi which is free to use. The hostel also has a roof terrace which gives some amazing views, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on the rooftop terrace which is available to use for a small fee. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and each bed has its own light, power socket and curtain curtain privacy. Each bed also has its own locker for storing luggage and valuables. Each floor has its own toilet/shower room, again spotlessly clean and has hairdryers and ironing and ironing board available for use. The price per night which was very cheap also included a free breakfast every morning. The staff at the hostel were all girls and they were very welcoming, smiling and helpful. They would always greet you a good morning and good night and would always help willingly with any queries about bangkok. This is the best hostel I've stayed at in thailand and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to bangkok

Lost count of the number of times I’ve stayed with Furama Silom. Appreciate the spacious room and good location. In my two most recent stays, the check-in dates were barely a month apart - shows how much I enjoy staying here. First time trying their Executive Room, apart from the usual Deluxe Room I would usually choose. It was a good try but visibly much older, so I believe I will stick to the Deluxe Room next time. There was a particular female staff at the front desk who was exceptionally polite with a pleasant service attitude.

太棒啦 位置超級方便 就在像素大廈旁邊 附近兩條路 兩個地鐵站都不遠 有電梯 行李上樓很方便 電梯裏一股涼茶的味道 很懷念 而且空調很強勁 樓下就是711 每天晚上王嘉爾給你站崗想想都開心 哈哈哈 想吃夜宵711就在樓下！每天早上我都去樓下的水果攤買水果 小攤老闆很可愛 會中文不會英文。 辦理入住的時候可能是攜程平台有什麼問題 前台阿姨查詢了很久 同時收取了押金300銖 當時覺得怎麼還有押金啊 訂房的頁面沒有寫呢 心裏有點不開心 但是還是配合繳納了 退房的時候 前台主動歸還押金 很安心 事後也一定也不影響我很喜歡他們的員工 。 酒店提供簡單的早餐 有咖啡牛奶烤吐司雞蛋等 可是攜程頁面寫的是沒有早餐 到店后店員主動表示提供早餐 哇 意外的驚喜 方便很多 。 早餐給我們烤麵包的阿姨也超級好 很溫暖 晚歸回來借吹風 雖然守夜小哥哥不會英文 一波三折但是也能感受到他們的熱情 真的很喜歡這裏的員工 最重要的是這家店超級乾淨！！！！我覺得我家裡都沒有這麼一塵不染 這個位置 這個環境 這個價格！太值得了！ 可能是老闆沒有花精力在網絡宣傳上 知道這件間旅店的人不多 但是我真的覺得它是很好的選擇 所以為了感謝大家的關照 我寫了這麼長的評價 這家店就像一棟公寓 房間和員工都不少 ！ 最後要是非要說不足就是我的房間是有陽台 衹是視野不好 房間麪積也不大 但是布局合理 如果還要去曼谷 我還會考慮住這裏的^•^
