Only problem is that they have reduced the shuttle to the airport. It used to have a shuttle every hour. Now only limited time slots.

ส่วนของแม่บ้านที่เตจอในวันเข้าพัก ไม่ประทับใจเลย เราพูดทักทาย สวัสดี พร้อมขอในสิ่งที่คุณเตรียมให้ไม่ครบเอง แต่คำตอบที่ได้คือ ให้ได้แค่นั้น แต่ถ้าขอก็ให้ได้ สีหน้าคือไม่ต้อนรับเราเลย อาจจะคุ้นเคยกับการรับลูกค้าต่างชาติ จนเห็นคนไทยเป็นตัวประหลาด เศร้าใจกับค่านิยมแบบนี้จริงๆ

The hotel is clean. Receptionists are helpful and friendly. The only two main concerns is 1) Hot water is weak. I am sick, but i had to shower in a cold water which is very very annoying. 2) No noise proof. Therefore, you'll hear everything, when i said everything i mean everything. Someone outside the door, other's alarm, the room next door flushing the toilet. And worst part is the refrigerator making noise. Again i am sick i need to rest, had to wake up at 2am cause there were so many noise from the refrigerator and also the room next door. Therefore, i would say 3stars out of 5.
But overall, worth the price. Super cheap.

Stayed there because I had a layover flight over night before travel to Chiang Mai in the early morning. The guy at the reception was really helpful. There's no elevator but he helped me to carry 2 big luggages to my room.

The staffs here are quite nice and helpful. Will always prepare to help when a complaint is made. Although the resort seems a bit in age, but it is well maintained. Public transport were great around the location.
Downsides: the location is hard to find and access. Traffic jam were horrible on the outside. Floods occurred after rain and cause blackwater outside the resort to overflow.
Overall, it's quite a pleasant stay.
BTW, one of the staff understands some Chinese. Take note, Chinese travellers.

Location was nestled right beside Suvarnhabumi Market and also the highway to Suvarnabhumi Airport which is convenient! Although the room and facilities are old, the cleanliness is there and staff are friendly too! There is a fridge in the room that is bigger than the mini fridge provided in standard hotel rooms qhere you can store your drinks to be chilled! There is a 7-11 nearby and plenty of food stalls that open until late at night for you to catch a bite before heading back to the hotel. If you're looking to just rest and relax for your flight out of Suvarnabhumi Airport, I will recommend this hotel as the price is value for money and location is convenient.

There's nothing to say bad about here.
If you are a ” mosquito magnet ” ,
as I am,
Avoid the tables by the river,
I eat my delicious food inside that comfortable room inside.
Some of the dishes are a tad pricey but I found the appetizers plenty for a meal
I recommend vegetable spring rolls and the deep fried prawns.
About 120 baht,
If my memory is correct.
The airport pick up is good forb150 baht.

Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19

LLW17Our room was nice and clean. Booked city view deluxe 2 double room, which is nice enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Impressed by service rendered by staff. Check in staff was nice to help extend a slightly later checkout timing as i had a late night flight. Staff also assist us with booking of car to the airport and help communicate with Grab driver to ensure there is sufficient boot space for our luggage.
Location is ok, hotel do provide shuttle bus to Asoke BTS station or you can also walk about 7 mins to the station. Walkable distance to EMSPHERE mall with lots of food choices.
Most of the time we commute via Grab so this hotel is great for us.

TThe Dividend NomadThe front desk staff were very friendly and fast. Level of English was excellent and checking in was very easy and fast. There is a little Japanese restaurant and bar / coffee shop in the lobby with breakfast also. Also the gym was very nice and clean and had everything you need. Nearby working 1-2 minutes walk were lots of food , coffee, massage , ******** shops etc. was only 60 baht grab ride to airport and about 6-7 minutes drive. Illl stay here again if need a nice clean place to stay near the airport.

Teman saya secara tidak sengaja terjatuh semasa pergi ke bilik air ketika mendaftar masuk pada malam pertama Apabila kami menemui hotel pada waktu pagi, mereka hanya mengesyorkan hospital tanpa sebarang komen sama sekali patah tulang Apabila kami mendaftar keluar, kami memberitahu meja depan bahawa penyelia berkata ya. tak terkata!

When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

Apa yang paling menonjol ialah bufet sarapan pagi mereka setiap pagi yang menyajikan lebih 10 hidangan mi, nasi, daging dan sayur-sayuran. Jauh lebih baik dan bernilai daripada sarapan kontinental di beberapa tempat yang lebih besar.

PPengguna TetamuLove Furama Silom! Located in very good spot in Silom. We booked superior room and it was very spacious with Bangkok city view (*pic), bed was good quality and we always had good sleep, breakfast was amazing and they have wide variety (asian, western, salads, coffees, juices, pastries), staff was friendly and speak English well. Their restaurant room service also worth to try, especially ‘Thai green curry’! My favorite is the view from the rooftop pool 🌃 also 711 is just 2 buildings down the road. Def had lovely experience and can’t wait to go back to BKK and stay here again :)
