Location: On the the doorstep (literally) of a serene and pulse-reducing (literally) health centre, but only a short tuk tuk ride from shopping, bars, and the vibrancy of Bangkok central. Building: Recently renovated, it makes the most of an older architectural style by embracing the large open atrium spaces to the extent the fitout somehow manages to feel cosy and lush. (Particularly the Bittersweet lobby bar.) Amenity: Excellent gym. Pool area would be good if the high rise overlooking it was not currently under noisy and dusty construction. It will be finished… soon everyone must hope? Staff: 10 out of 10. The team representing the hotel is an asset. FOH, concierges and room attendees delivered a faultless stay — to a five star hotel level of service. In food and beverage, Wat, Jay and Nok elevated the offering. Despite the hotel being relatively quiet during the evenings, each of them made our holiday a pleasure with a professional (but suitably casual) approach to hosting. The cocktails were excellent, the food tasty and delivered with a smile and good conversation. The team’s personal interaction reflected their commitment to hospitality. Our spa experience matched the reviews of others on trip advisor. Well worth the price and better than a lot of other hotels. Outstanding trained therapists delivering treatments in a clean, soothing environment. The temperature controlled massage tables, generous volume of relaxing music and quality mood lighting during the massage is a step above many spas we’ve frequented. Zoe, Narm, Lah and Mea are a dream team. Overall, we spent over a month in Thailand at many hotel, and our time here was as good as any, thanks in large part to the quality and genuine hospitality of the staff. Recommended, and will return.

Stayed in their Roselle Room for 3 nights. Huge room with walk-in closet, big bathroom, sitting room and 2 huge double beds. Although some of their wooden fixtures/furniture are a bit dated but the entire place is cleaned up nicely. Breakfast is quite standard - western dishes the same throughout our stay but the asian selection changes daily. The hotel should consider giving fresh fruit juices for their breakfast instead of mixture of concentrated juices. Their SPA is permanently closed. The porters in this hotel are superb and friendly - very helpful with arranging transportation. Location is really good - just across from Central Embassy shopping centre and a few metres away from the BTS Phloen Chit station. 7-Eleven also nearby across the overhead skybridge. Would definitely return for another stay in future.

The service during our stay was not as expected and not worth its high cost. We left a note which asking for another body lotion due to dry weather, nothing supplement the next day. When check out, reception desk even showed an incorrect room bill. How could this happen to a high quality service hotel！ BTW, meals and service in each restaurant are really perfect!

Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, terutamanya kakitangan di hadapan pintu masuk tingkat 1, bercakap baik, perkhidmatan yang baik. Datang ke hotel ini 2 kali saya kagum kedua-dua kali sehingga saya perlu memperkenalkan rakan-rakan saya. Sangat mudah untuk melancong, berhampiran dengan gedung serbaneka, bank, BTS, pelbagai lokasi. Biliknya cantik dan luas, view pun best. Kelemahannya ialah mereka memberikan sedikit krim mandian, syampu, dan botol kecil dan jangan biarkan ia digunakan pada waktu pagi. Kena call tanya nak tambah ubat gigi, yang penting tak perlu call tanya.

Perkhidmatan ini sempurna dari ketibaan hingga daftar keluar. Bilik itu sangat bersih dan pekerjanya terlatih dengan baik. Sarapan pagi (bufet antarabangsa) tidak cukup baik untuk gred hotel jika kami mengulas sahaja. Seronok dapat memilih antara makanan Jepun dan bufet, tetapi saya rasa bufet harus mempunyai lebih banyak variasi.

This is one of the most top notch hotel I have stayed in. Very convenient with 2 BTS Station near by. Pheon chit BTS is just like 300m away but there is a flight of stairs to climb to get up to the over head bridge link to the BTS. With 2 Station away from Siam Station, its location is very good as it is near town area and not as crowded compared to those hotels that are in the town area. Central Embassy will be the closest shopping mall to this Hotel. It is a walkable distance and its the same direction towards the BTS The breakfast is very good as well and the menu actually changed everyday. Service staff are polite and willing to help. Both my girlfriend and me like this hotel alot as it is very very clean, the only small issue I have is some of their power point are loose which hinder me charging my equipments. Over all is a very good hotel recommended~~

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. I will definitely come back Sindhorn Kempinski thanks to the amazing service by the team. 曼谷這家凱賓斯基的服務真是不錯，不論是身穿紅衣的小姐姐Pizza 或是電話服務中心的Rita，优雅的互動著實讓人暖心。下回來曼谷，一定要在再來住！

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

Location is to a mall and night market with plenty of eateries and coffee shops nearby, also close to train station (10 min walk). Clean room with plenty of storage space, clean bathroom w/ bathtub, large refrigerator & freezer, tea kettle w/ 2 bottles of water & instant coffee included every morning, decent gym, rooftop pool… couldn’t ask for more! Breakfast is 200 baht although I didn’t eat it. There is a 500 baht cash deposit which I was not expecting, but was refunded at check-out. I stayed for 15 days and had a great time.

Saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini, anda boleh mencuci pakaian anda. Hotel ini bersih tetapi tidak mempunyai kopi atau teh, juga mereka memberikan hanya 2 botol air dan anda meminta lebih banyak anda perlu membayar untuk itu yang tidak bagus. Kedai tidak jauh ada perjalanan Tuk tuk untuk membawa kami ke stesen kereta api atau pusat membeli-belah kerana hotel tersembunyi di lorong. Tetapi tidak jauh dari pusat Siam hanya 2 stesen sahaja atau anda boleh berjalan kaki. Kedutaan Afrika Selatan tidak jauh seperti 15 min jauhnya dan juga kedutaan AS tidak jauh. Terdapat kolam renang yang bagus di tingkat 2 dan gim mini juga sauna, tetapi sauna tidak berfungsi. Saya menyukainya di sini dan saya melanjutkan penginapan selama 3 malam lagi

I am very impressed and would recommend The Bangkok Venice Suite Hotel as a good and clean accommodation. The staff is lovely and the service is friendly. It is located near shopping areas such as Plattinum and other shopping malls, and is easy to travel to with fast transportation options.

If I have to rate out of 10 , it'll be 6/10. The room is ok, but a bit small. ( we got 2 twin bedrooms) The bathrooms are quite dirty. I can actually see mold spots and it's disgusting. I hated the bathroom. The only redeeming quality is the breakfast, it's delicious. That's about it. I visited on last year august. So , I really would like the hotel to improve on their qualities. The staff members are nice , though. Oh, and DO NOT GET LAUNDRY if you are gonna wash A LOT OF clothes, it's CRAZY EXPENSIVE. Just find washing places and do there. Trust me, it's much more worth it. The only reason our family stayed there was because it is near the hospital that we needed to go. There are 7-11 stores near them , and some restaurants but the restaurants close a bit early , I think.

Location is excellent! Located right next to BTS Phloen Chit Station and it is easy to get grab and somehow ”avoided” the terrible traffic in bangkok at times. However, the only downside is the lift servicing the hotel. It is extremely slow and one was faulty during my stay. And the noise of traffic can be heard from 12th floor. Light sleeper should probably take a slight note of that. Other than that I do not really have any complaints. Thank you!

Bilik kami mempunyai segalanya dan lebih banyak lagi untuk membuat kami merasa sedikit istimewa dan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa dan kebersihannya adalah premium. Semua kakitangan yang kami temui sangat membantu dan tidak ada masalah sepanjang kami tinggal. Kemudahan gimnasium dan kolam renang sangat baik, khususnya peralatan gimnasiumnya begitu moden dan bilik ganti adalah 5 bintang. Sarapan pagi disediakan dengan bufet 5 bintang terbaik. Begitu banyak pilihan dan selera di seluruh bidang. Sekali lagi kakitangan sangat membantu dalam keadaan tertekan ini. Kawasan lobi mewah dan suasananya begitu santai. Adakah kita akan berkunjung lagi? Anda pasti boleh memastikannya dan kami sudah lama ingin membuat tempahan penginapan dalam masa terdekat, tetapi untuk jangka masa yang lebih lama. Hotelnya ok. Bilik yang cantik, penghawa dingin yang sejuk, pemandangan yang menarik. tapi!! Kakitangan tidak mengambil berat tentang kami, kami tinggal selama 3 malam dan kakitangan tidak membawa air. Sehingga hari ke-3, kami meminta kakitangan untuk datang membersihkan bilik dan membawanya kepada kami. Tetapi secara keseluruhan, kami fikir ia boleh digunakan.
