I booked the hotel because they said on the Trip.com website that they had a balcony, but when I checked in, I found out that this hotel didn't have any rooms with a balcony. Well, Trip.com has compensated me with some extra Trip.com coins. However, Ramada doesn't feel like it is their problem, even though I sent them a note after my booking to remind them about the balcony (It was a few weeks before I check-in), Ramada never replied or said anything that the balcony was not available, otherwise I could have enough time to cancel the booking and find another hotel. And the ”gym” they have are just a few dumbbells and two treadmills placed next to the elevators' corridor, you can't call it a GYM. Poor service!!

What a lovely little homely gem of a place. For a 3 star it was very good. I extended my stay 3 times. Lots of restaurants and cafes a 5-10min walk away, nice retro cafes and bars or you can go local. BTS 20mins walk away (which I liked) but the staff will take you any time. Anything I didn't have in my room the staff sorted straight away. Very friendly, great latte ;) Restaurant and bar attached. Great staff and the room had everything I need. Nice big bed with Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV and nice big bathroom. I would 100 percent stay again. Thank you all. vanessa

Good location . The hotel is a bit old , but was clean . Comfy bed, pillows. Breakfast was ok . Not a big pool but luckily there was no one swimming so the all pool was only for myself ))

Location is great if you enjoy night life. Lots of bars and Thai girls around the hotel. Not for families!!! Especially that price, not worth the money. There is a big mall “Terminal 21” walking distance (10 mins) away. “Emsphere” is much better (30 mins walk or two metro stops) amazing food court. The hotel itself is old small and not good. We were rushed out of the door at 11:45 (reception rang to try get us out earlier). The pool was small but in shade so it’s cold. Deck chairs mostly broken. We didn’t feel safe at all. The lift card machine does not work (3rd photo). Anybody can get onto your floor. Breakfast was terrible. Hardly any food and we arrived at 8am. Coffee was shocking. Last two photos was less than 3 mins walk from hotel. Much better and cheap. We will not return to this hotel.

PROS: New hotel. Room is huge. Good city view. Excellent housekeeping - everything is clean and tidy. Polite and helpful staff. Fast wi-fi in room. Internet TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Full size refrigerator, microwave oven, washer/dryer all in-room. CONS: 10 minutes walk from nearest BTS station. 25 minutes by BTS to Siam. Swimming pool is small and is located at the street side. Conclusion: suitable for travelers who doesn't mind the location and prefers more room space

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Firstly we love the breakfast, great variety to cater to kids and adults. The room comes with a bathtub, and the bed is really comfortable. Though we got the pool view but we still have an excellent view of the river as we are in the corner room. The hotel comes with shuttle boat service which we can change again to Iconsiam to shop. It was Christmas and the staff gave us a sock with a gingerbreadman cookie. All in all we had a wonderful stay there.
