The hotel’s location and the room itself were excellent and truly top-class. However, considering that this is a large five-star hotel, it was disappointing that the swimming pool and gym were very small, and that there were limited facilities outside of the guest rooms. Normally, rooms are cleaned while guests are out during the day, but in my case, the room was cleaned while I went to breakfast without any prior notice or consent, which made me uncomfortable and surprised. When I asked if I could borrow a wine opener and went down to the first floor to request one, I was very surprised by the staff member’s response that I needed to bring the wine bottle down to the lobby. Lastly, charging extra for beverages or ice cream at breakfast beyond the basic coffee was disappointing when compared to the service standards of other five-star hotels in Bangkok.

The space is well-allocated, the service is attentive, and the breakfast includes freshly baked bread and healthy jam every morning.

Night Hotel offered great hospitality for the price. The location is decent and quiet; while it's a bit further from BTS Asok, it’s still very walkable. They also provide a Tuk-Tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 every 30 minutes until 7pm, and there's a 7-11 just a 2- to 3-minute walk away. The room was big and spacious. On one rainy evening when heading out for dinner wasn't ideal, we ordered room service—the fried rice with beef cubes was fantastic! On the downside, the air conditioning made a buzzing sound in the morning, and the shower stall is quite compact, so water easily splashes out into the rest of the bathroom. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but there are plenty of other hotels in the area to try.

Saya suka lokasi yang mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana di sekitar Bangkok, terutamanya MBK. Ia sangat mudah, dengan bank, pertukaran wang, restoran, dan membeli pelbagai jenis barang semuanya tersedia. Kemana sahaja anda mahu pergi, naik sahaja keretapi elektrik berhampiran hotel. Lokasi bilik bersih. Tetapi malangnya tiada penyedut, berus gigi, ubat gigi Ini adalah perkara yang sepatutnya ada untuk bilik pada harga ini. Tetapi pelanggan tidak terperangkap pada ketika ini. Secara keseluruhan, saya suka ada 7-11 di tingkat bawah. Anda boleh balik lewat jika anda lapar. Kakitangan yang comel Sarapan pagi sangat sedap.

Pros: The best thing about the hotel is 1) the location and 2) the pool. Concierge was nice enough to check us in early with no additional charge. Shuttle to Iconsiam was timely & enjoyable. Staff’s English was competent and could understand our requests. Beds were comfortable enough. Cons: -Housekeeping however did not come in to both our rooms to clean up or give us our water. -One of our room’s A/C was likely spoiled and the room was very cold. No amount of fiddling with the thermostat could change it. -Staff was not present at lobby bar when we wanted some cocktails and we had to ask for the bartender. -As said in other reviews, rooms are old and need revisions to designs eg plug for charging phone by bedside. Overall, this was not a memorable stay. The hotel we stayed just before coming into Ibis Riverside charged much less and was a lot more comfortable, its service a lot more impressive. My 5th or 6th time here. - no deposits upon arrival - staff helpful - room service clean everyday esp mopping.top-up essentials. - my room aircond is very cold. 👍 - walking distance to market Downside - the only thing is traffic jammed area the hotel was very very bad. Stucked for half and hrs going/coming to hotel. - some guest make noise at night even after midnight, esp indian tourist. And also they r rude to local, as if they are richer than local. Nonsense on bargaining when shopping or need services. They were in a grp of 3-5.

Great host in Thailand! The hygiene is in high standard and the equipment are well prepared by the host, it is very convenience for us. The location is a bit far from the city centre but there are BTS station nearby so it’s not a big concern about it. The house are big and the description on the website is accurate, we are feeling great to stay and hope we can come back again!

This hotel is one of the best among the budget hotels in Bangkok. The environment of the hotel was very nice and clean. The behavior of the hotel staff was also very good. Since we were out sightseeing all day in Bangkok, we used to return to the hotel quite late, around 12 or 1 at night, but the staff were very polite and never complained about us being late. The location of the hotel was also excellent, there were 7/11 stores nearby and plenty of great food places around. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at their hotel.
