Our stay at Sathorn Vista Bangkok was exceptional. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. My parents particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily access key attractions. The sauna, pool and gym were great perks for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and my parents were very pleased with the comfort and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Had a very nice stay here. Near to BTS (they also offer free shuttle service to BTS), it also has a lot of well-maintained facilities, such as pool, gym, coworking space, sauna, communal room, restaurant, and more. The helpers here are also kind and well-mannered, one of them named PUP, as he helps me with the porter service and helps me repackage my stuff into a box.

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

Stayed in the well equipped one bedroom residence, though it lacked a bathtub and was next to a restaurant on level 30—thankfully, the room was soundproof. The breakfast spread was impressive with diverse options, and the rooftop bar’s free-flow drinks from 5–6 PM were a nice touch. The boxing class by Khun March was excellent. A suggested improvement would be to increase the shuttle frequency to Chit Lom BTS station, as 1 per hour between 8am to 7pm is insufficient for a prime hotel in relatively inaccessible location.

Hotel ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk menginap. Utiliti telah dibekalkan, beberapa daripadanya diminta, dan biliknya kemas. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan sentiasa mempunyai perkhidmatan yang hebat. Kerana ia berdekatan dengan perhentian kereta api dan bas BTS, lokasinya sangat bagus. Kawasan ini dipenuhi dengan pelbagai kedai makan, rumah urut dan kedai serbaneka. Selain itu, kami diberi bilik bersambung dengan pemandangan yang menyenangkan di tingkat yang tinggi. Untuk wang yang kami belanjakan, hidangan dan sarapan pagi adalah baik. Kami sudah pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Terima kasih.

”I stayed on the Kid Floor, which is family-themed, and the kids really love being in this room. There are many stuffed animals that match the theme of the room. The room I stayed in is the Panda Room, which is very cute, and my two children are absolutely delighted. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok.”

Appreciate the hotel’s kind gesture of setting up a birthday surprise which my partner and I really enjoyed. The room ticked all of our boxes such as comfortable bed, fridge, strong water pressure for shower, and separation of dry and wet area. The room was big and very comfortable, the additional bench area was very helpful especially for our belongings and shopping bags. We also really appreciate that there’s a platform for our toiletries in the shower area as we usually bring our own ones due to sensitive skin. The only con was that the toilet bowl flush was pretty weak where we need to flush the toilet twice to fully clear any toilet paper. The breakfast have awesome croissant that we loved alot, there are not much options but definitely can fill your stomach. The surrounding is very quiet, away from the traffic hence booking grabbike or grabcar is more convenient, otherwise it’ll be a 5-10min walk to Thong Lor BTS. There is a 24/7 7-11 within 3min walk and it’s pretty big. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Studios and would return again.

W Hotel in Bangkok is a very nice hotel. Design is modern and the pool deck is a great oasis in otherwise busy city. Staff was super friendly. Location is great with skytrain connection within 5 minutes walk and some nice skybars nearby. Otherwise there is not much to see in the area. The room could have been quieter. I was surprised that I can still hear music from the bar below and from the sky train in my room.

Very near to bts station and department stores. Lots of restaurants and massage shops around. Quick check in and out process. May leave luggage for storage after checked out. Overall good value for money.
