Review for Pillow B Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand I recently stayed at Pillow B Hotel in Bangkok, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and refreshing, with a new and well-maintained interior. Everything was spotless, making the environment feel inviting and comfortable. The staff truly stood out – they were incredibly friendly, always greeting you with warm smiles and providing exceptional service. Their hospitality added a welcoming touch to my stay. The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly designed to make the most of the space. It was functional, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Despite the size, the cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax. Overall, Pillow B Hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service at an affordable price. I would highly recommend it!

My stay would likely reflect the hotel’s new, modern appeal. The duplex-style rooms, equipped with kitchenettes and spacious layouts, offer a comfortable and stylish experience. The hotel’s amenities, including a rooftop pool and fitness center, make it ideal for relaxation and staying active during my trip. The Asian and continental breakfast would provide a good start to the day. However, being a new property, there might be areas still developing or getting fine-tuned, such as service consistency or specific guest feedback being implemented over time. Its location near the Rama 9 road is convenient for getting around, but since it’s more on the outskirts of central Bangkok, I might find travel times a bit longer when heading to more popular downtown areas. Overall, I’d appreciate the hotel for its modern design, quiet environment, and amenities tailored for a comfortable stay

I like the style of this hotel as it is newly remodeled. However, our room caught smoking smells in the bathroom. The staff tried to cover it with an air freshener, which was not helpful. Then the guests in the next room were fighting. The staff was young and tried to help, but the fighting continued. The cafe had live animals that should be in a zoo, which was disappointing too. The worst thing was no early check in. I was there very early and only wanted to check in an hour or two before, but it doesn't exist. That is hard when you travel all night. The breakfast was good, plentiful and hot!

I would probably not recommend this hotel for the casual traveller based on location alone which is a bit odd, but if someone needs to be in this area or if someone is quite flexible about location then it can be a value choice to consider. This hotel would probably be a better fit for people who are not elites of the IHG rewards program because the benefits of being a Diamond guest are slim to none at this property: all rooms are standard rooms so upgrades do not exist, and breakfast is free for all guests so being Diamond does not give anything extra. The room was fine, air conditioning worked well, and wifi was fast. The only issue I noticed is the way the room is designed, if looking out the window from the sofa you have a view of your neighbor right in front which is not ideal. For the price paid I thought I get a bit more at other hotel chains but this hotel was not bad on any individual metric so it's serviceable.

The hotel is very near to huikhaung MRT just 5 minutes walk. Room is spacious & simple facility. The decoration is not modernized. Suitable for solo traveller. It is actually a four star old hotel in good location!!

Very good stay at this serviced apartment/condo. Little bit on the not so good as to be realistic, the living room with the sofa could do with more charging points near the sofa and take note this is not really a hotel and more like a condo so make up room services end at four which is not an issue for me. The location is also not really near BTS. Other than that it was a superb stay as the staff there take care of me very well. Always greet me with a smile and as I drove this time, there were always parking available though they don’t have many slots. They would open the door for me however late at night and guide me to parking. The place was very nice and cosy and spacious. If you need more cutlery or any other supplies just call reception. There is a washing machine and cooking area which works out really well. Special mention to staff like Ju and Eak who gave world class service. I left a big tip when I checked out asking the reception to share them with all staff members (she told me there were 12 of them including security guards) and hope she managed to share with the whole team. Would definitely consider this place again for my long term stay next time. Highly recommended!

Practically a good and convenient location though it is hidden behind Big C, The Street Ratchada, One Ratchada and walking distance to Thailand Cultural Center MRT station. Small road in-front of hotel have few hawker cart stall selling BBQ chicken and other Thai street foods. Occasionally there are some vehicle noises for the front facing room but is ok as it also gives a better busy street view. Price is reasonably good for the daily stay which include a simple breakfast with salad, bread, noodles, porridge and desert. Some minor areas that are ”good to have” are an additional ceiling light for the shower area (presently just having one light at the washing basin area) and to provide box of tissue paper in the room for any convenience spill cleaning and other uses. Basically, we have a nice stay at the hotel and is good for its price.

Place ok. Just stayed there for a few hours in the morning after a long trip. However, I’ve never experienced such a low quality in service from the hotel staff at the reception. I arrived in the early morning with a private driver (clearly noticeable that I am certain about this place) and got instantly rejected with the words “no rooms”. When I said I booked already a room, he further didn’t listen and just repeated “no room, no rooms. You need to leave.” This was more than rude. When I showed him my booking confirmation, he looked at it without reading, took out google translate and tells again “no room, you need to leave”. I emphasized to look at the booking and then he suddenly was friendly. My girlfriend was already in the room as she arrived before from another place. I told the receptionist then to please give me a key card so that I don’t have to wake her up. He said, I should knock on the door. I emphasized that she is sleeping and should not be woken up. As if he has no brain at all, he turned around, picked up the phone and called the room to wake my girlfriend up. What was going on here? This is the worst trained staff of a “4 star hotel” I’ve ever had. Every Airbnb host or even child without training in hospitality would have more understanding in how to welcome a guest and how to deal with the situation. My girlfriend told me that the staff also didn’t take her luggage to bring it to the room for her. Again: This is an absolute horrific service and the hotel should not call itself any star hotel with such staff. An investment in the training of the staff would be probably better than in renovation. For me absolutely clear that I would not come there again, as I felt zero welcomed as a guest. Better get another hotel. I can highly recommend Parso. 👍🏽👍🏽 top service, top facilities, top rooms and location.

This hotel is new, opened in August 2024. It used to be an apartment building, renovated and converted to a long-stay hotel. It feels a bit more posh than the other MEAs I have stayed in Bangkok before, the hardware is clearly a step above including Japanese toilet self-flush with heated seat, but unsurprisingly is generally one of the most expensive of the 6 MEAs in the city, if not the most expensive depending on dates. Unlike the others where we stayed, no upgrade granted as Ambassador Elite guest (despite wide open availability) so they stick to Terms & Conditions of Marriott Bonvoy which excludes MEAs from the upgrade program. That said, their rigid stance makes them a bit uncompetitive relative to others. Unlike upgrades, they gave free breakfast despite not having to do it so that’s in line with other MEAs. Considering the neighborhood, it was appropriate to have a Japanese slant to the buffet, but otherwise not memorable, dishes not refilled quickly and service hit and miss. Service was better at the concierge desk which was very helpful arranging shipment of various packages.
